    • Never ending story for the Bengals that started when Dalton was a Bengal ! I almost thought I heard the announcers call Burrow , Andy Burrow ! Burrow took 9 hits and 4 saks ! 4 turnovers in 4 minutes ? What ? Bengals defense back #20 is a weak sister of the defense ! He will get targeted by every team this year ! Eli Apple , I feel sorry for you if you keep failing !

    • Plus, having a new O-Line coach is not always going to be perfect or go perfectly for any team that gets a new assistant coach for those specific positions during the off season. Plus, every team runs into rough games and moments in the season. Just look at the Packers, but at least my Bengals didn't get blown out in a game yet... Hopefully it doesn't happen soon.

  • Zac Taylor needs to be fired at the end of the season. I feel sorry for Joe Burrow playing for such a bad team under that bad of an offensive line. Big ups to the Bears defense. They really showed what they can do here. Justin Fields filled in nicely for an injured Andy Dalton. Although he threw an interception, most rookie QB's threw an interception in their first game this year so it's expected. I think Fields is slated for a good year as long as Nagy knows what he's doing. Chicago has a really good game against Cleveland next week. That one will be interesting to follow. Unfortunately, the Bengals have a tough game against the Steelers next week. Yes, the Steelers lost TJ Watt due to injury and they didn't have a good day today but it shouldn't matter too much.

    • If the bears can get a pass rusher or two before this next season they’re gonna be top 10 in turnovers This season coming up with the linebackers and defensive backs that they have. Eddie Jackson is back to being a ball hawk with this new scheme and he’s got a good strong safety back there with him. They just got a cornerback to fill the starter roll for kindle vildor since he plays well enough to be a backup he won’t have to play every play and will come in fresh here and there with some energy. Bears got some defensive tackles that are good enough to have a good rotation they got like 5 of them in the offseason with the free agents and draft and now they just need two edge guys that are starters and they have the rotation pieces in place already with the existing guys they had from last season that should get better than got a guy in free agency and than got a undrafted guy that looks like he can be a rotation guy so they will have fresh bodies all up and down the d line to come in and be able to be explosive the whole game if they can get two starters that can get you 15 sacks together the backups and can come in and contribute

That was an absolute mugging of the Bengals, for the most part. Dalton was handling the O well before he got hurt. And while Fields was uneven he was coming in late and he had a handful of really good plays as well. That hookup to Mooney and a couple of other passes were really sweet. And just watch how, after he gets stripped of the ball from the blindside and dropped flat on his face, he springs after that thing like a freaking cat. This is a powerful athlete the Bears have in him and he's smart and calm with a good arm. I'm looking forward to seeing what it looks like when they prepare the O with him to start a game.

  • Couple of thoughts- - Dalton IS better than Trubiski with only 2 games under his belt. That was what they got him for. - We really need Tevin Jenkins - Nagy can only outcoach bad teams. He has mid range coaching ability. - The timing between Fields and WRs is non existant. - A-Rob is WR2 on any good team in my opinion.
