This weekend was crazy fun! We have our YJ going for a swim while attempting to cross the deep river with strong current. We enjoy challenging our rigs; it's part of the fun! Again, thank you to Azusa fam for helping out and a HUGE shoutout to the person who hopped in the water to help secure the rope!
That stock single cab Silverado was the real champ making it through all those obstacles without any help.
Stock tires
Dude in that stock black 2 door Silverado is loco!!
It was his first time in Azusa Canyon he went all out😂
Everytime I saw that truck I started laughing because I expected it to get stuck but man that was a beast of a truck excellent driver as well
All that Michelob Ultra is clouding the mind.
15:35 man that little green Toyota every time his hood went underwater I thought he was done but he just kept going impressive
It's cause it's a toyota mate. They just keep on going haha
@@Jyden_Carmody yessss they do!!! i had a 92 22re 4x4 toyota when i was in collage indescribable truck! Regret selling it but its still alive and still solid to this day.
@@trackpackgt877 haha bloody awesome mate!🤙
That bobbed Toyota looked like an RC car crossing the river! Haha!
Brings back memories from the mid 80s. Azusa canyon was a good time. Crowds and vehicles have changed. But the terrain still looks the same!
Indeed it did. Used to go every weekend, before it was really an 'official' OHV site, and play.
Looks like a good f’n time
Thanks for sharing. Brings back old memories. The 80s -90s
Your welcome 🙏
Offroading is the art of turning obstacles into opportunities, and this video paints that picture vividly.
Sounds like this was filmed in Guatemala.
What a mess...
Off-roading with work trucks.. think I seen the guy who does my landscaping.. 😂 enjoyed the content 👍🏼💯 and loved the Latinos / whites coming together, having a good time and helping each other. Many can learn from this.. America is great!
Top of the line guys. Thanks
Looks like it was a good Sunday.
I went down there two weeks ago, paid to enter, the moment i saw how deep the first crossing was, i turned around and went home haha its mind boggling what some of these guys put their daily drivers through 😂 9:30 dudes headlight housing is half full with water 😂
There’s always someone willing to help out though! Of course if you go as a group makes everything much easier . We just enjoy the water and mud until it lasts 😅
Mind boggling? What do you think 4x4 vehicles are made for? You probably put armor all on your tires huh 😅
@@hello_youtube_318pfff you probably got your daddy on speed dial... which is actually your boyfriend.
@@moreclips805 good one
I can’t believe I watched the entire video! Do not even owe a truck. Live right below in the San Gabriel canyon. Love to see the full River and you guys absolutely seemed having so much fun! Great video!
Thanks for watching ! You should stop by and join us one day!
Wow great off-road adventure 💯👍👍
Getting stuck in deep snow & needing a tow, I learned to have a short tow line attached to the frame, & stowed under the hood, for an easy tow hook up! (It would work when submerged also! )
DAMNIT! That looks like 100000% fun. Subscribed!
a good day for adventure
I used to go here in the early 70s fun place
Looks good!
Amazing offroad dude! Keep fighting...
20:24 All Jeep wranglers have rubber drain plugs under the carpet where the driver and passengers feet rest, if you get a cab full of water stick your hand under the carpet and pull the plugs and it will drain in seconds . Also NEVER hook a recovery rope to a leaf spring shackle , wrap it around the axle tube if there’s no recovery points on the front bumper . A shackle is a very weak point and will twist everything when all pressure is put there.
New sub and thumbs up..............thanks guys powerful trucks here with the boys havin a good time
Thanks for subscribing! Stay tuned for Father’s Day vid 🙌
Thanks for the sub!
👍👍👍
Ah the memories. Used to off-road there in the early to mid 90’s. ATC’s, my truck…. good times.
AMAZING ! 1st seeing this fun. Silly stuff
9:20 I thought he wouldn't make it. Haha. Good driving.
I thought so too until you actually drove out.
I used to live up Azusa a Canyon highway back in the early eighties. We had a little restaurant called diamond jans and went about cabins.
Put the beer down and come back in a few hours.
@@slopsec2358 i didnt see the typo , stop being an ass and come back in a few minutes
Classic jeep getting towed out at the end haha
Looks like a nice place to get drunk and watch the show !! 😂
watch 4x4 inskip beach.. ausie..
😂
😂😂😂
Kind of like sitting at a boat ramp.
This is what real off roading looks like, not like a lot of KZhead people that make it look so glamorous and clean! Ain't no foverlanders getting that dirty and wet! Count me in!
!!! Lol
the crowds are kinda the opposite of what I consider off-roading, but the action's all there
@@AdamantineAxebetter habla Español if you go there
Depends on the overlander. Lol I’ve been in deep water like this but didn’t get stuck. I (unlike the red Jeep) have a snorkel in case. I’ve also been in -14 winter camping, broke hubs and axles too on my new Jeep. Mud stuff too. Depends on the person really. !!
Lol real off-roading has a lot fewer people and a lot cooler climbs
Damn that was entertaining! Looks like a good time
that ford ranger looked siiiick AF... awesome content, thanks!
Is this these people's first time off roading?!!!!
California 😍
is it California
@@kamerajalanan7176yes . Azusa, California
@@kamerajalanan7176No, it’s San Gabriel Canyon in Ohio! 😂😂😂
Two years later 100% of these vehicles have all kinds of squeaking and clicking and ticking noises and headlights and tail lights that don't work and other kinds of strange electrical glitches.
Ok city boy….
I gotta say the smiley tacoma was my favorite.. just be chillin in the river then it pops to life and gets out lol.
Sweet video nice scenery
Glad you enjoyed it!
Reminds me test drive off road game ❤❤❤❤
I haven’t been there since the early 90s.
I sold a 79 F-150 to guy named Ish from Orange County that used to wheel here. Cream and white cab, bobbed blue bed, tube bumpers, riding on one tons and 37's. Just curious if the truck is still around.
that stock single cab silverado is lucky... He had no business on that river crossing.
Tonka Joey 💪🏼
*1:00** Typical Border crossing!*
the children are in the fuel tanks & wheel wells..
my favorite local ohv!😇
Looks like a snorkel is needed
This video taught me that I need a life jacket for rafting when I drive a car.
Didnt see one snorkel. Kinda need one for water crossings like that.
Ha, maybe on a subaru!
@@topshelflifestyle01 lol. Well we know what we can handle and cant. 100% positive that jeep sucked water in.
In Australia the 1st mod is a snorkel cheapest insurance on your engine.
hahaha........sshhhhhh!
That green Yoda didn't come factory with brown interior but now it definitely has it lol
Lol i reupholster the seats they wear really beat up lol 😂
Lmao awesome video thanks for the content
You play you pay!😅
that SWB black 2016+ Silverado did well in what looked to be pretty much stock form. I'd never take my 2018 Sierra Z71 through stuff like that - spent too much $$ on it.
Yah pretty impressed. Hard to tell but almost looks like street tires lol
TODOS SIN SNORQUEL JAJJAAJA
Snorkels are 99% of the time stupid and don't do anything for you.
Should have just pulled it from the rear lol
RIP the red YJ lol
🎉 viva 🎉 Los Paisa’s Al 💯 No se me rajan
Hope everyone extended their breathers!
Like 👍
6:00 스프링이 없는 차도 있는데 정말 멋져요
All right pollute the water Southern California has plenty, especially during the summer months.
This is a flood control basin, not a water reservoir
lol when my volkswagen makes it through but i see these big trucks get stuck xD
number 1 boys
Would a stock TRD off road Tacoma be fine to take to Azusa? Or should I wait until I lift it and put bigger tires? I have all terrain tires at the moment.
Yes 👍🏽 the black Silverado is stock with regular tires. You should be good !
친구, 오늘도 행복하세요>*💘☘>*>~ Wow, the video is really amazing. nice to meet you good friend, I will come often and cheer you on, cheer up.>*~06/25~x
Damn looks like a blast. Is this a group? I’d be down!
Just a couple of compas out there.. you’re more then welcome to tag along!
the red jeep leaving the spot with his tail between is legs lmao
How long has the water been this low?
I camped and offroaded out there before you had to pay to get in.
How much for the KC light bar 😂
ave maria purisima!!!!!
😂
😁
Is that Rocios voice in the background DAAAAAFAAACK lol
😂😂😂😂😂
What is the mini-van looking thing at 00:48? Looks like a mini-van to me 😂
how much do you want for that kc light bar
Nice footage, but it came at a cost. Hopefully you didn’t destroy that engine. Take care of your vehicles so we can continue to have your videos to watch. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching ! We will be there Sunday .. Including the red jeep 😂 everything is 👌🏼 lol
@@rocioc0903 Nice!
The red YJ hydro locked his motor I guarantee his engine it’s scrap metal now!
@@bigjpferry I thought that but they say it is fine. Maybe the electronics got wet and shut off before hydro lock?
@@bigjpferrynaw its a 4.0, dry er out and shes good
What is the guy thinking in the maroon ford with rubber bands for tires lol
Jeep probably hydro locked
Used to go when PTO Dave and silverhawk were the shit.
Its crazy that you don't see a lot of FORD trucks mostly CHEVY'S AND TOYOTAS...I wonder why?
RIP red jeep.
I am beginning to think there might be some modelos involved here!!!!
A lot of modelos!!!!!
รถสุดยอดทุกคัน 👍👍👌👌
Was this over the weekend or are they open throughout the week now?
It was this past Sunday.. still open only weekends.
👌
Pray for the tooth fairy
YUP
A lot of that looked fun, but it's seriously is not very smart crossing a river that deep that's flowing that fast. Y'all are lucky something more serious didn't happen. And I'd say as soon as that red Jeep got pulled to the shallow, I would have moved the recovery strap down lower, because I was just waiting for that bar to snap, and sure enough a few seconds later it did LOL Looked like a lot of inexperienced Yahoos out there!
hopefully i get an answer, how can i go up with you guys to azusa if you guys do it again
We try to go every Sunday you just have to pay for the entrance its 10 dollars
Where the hell did the Lake go, DAMN!
Hasn’t been in that spot for several decades
NEVER GiVE UP.🎹
💪💪💪
20:20 “it just shut off I dunno what happened” He talking about the Jeep? Like jeeps don’t need air to breathe? lol
🍀☘️🌟⭐👍👏
What y’all think about me taking my 2020 ram rebel? Doable?
As long as is 4x4 you’re good. The black silverado stock on regular tires.
Please subscribe to the channel He has a ram rebel rear wheel drive he took for testing watch the video But 4x4 will be perfect 👌🏻
How much do they charge to get in? Can i take my quad as well?
Yes you can! They charge $10 online just have to buy a primary ticket for your main vehicle and a secondary ticket for your quad website is www.recreation.gov/timed-entry/10086721
@@dirtmedia23 thank you sir
Looks fun. Trucks with Low profile tires, beware…
How do u guys get there are there tickets to buy u pay every time or how does it work to go and have fun?
Yes you can buy your ticket online website is : www.recreation.gov/timed-entry/10086721 Primary vehicle is your main vehicle.. if you take a quad, dirt bike, etc that’s considered a secondary vehicle which also needs a ticket. $10 per vehicle
Dirt-play or off-road ?!
I don't get it. Why they drive againts the stream current, when trying to pass? If i were you, i would drive downstream. Am i wrong? I have already cherokee liberty :) If somebody do and achive it easily, pls inform here?
Oh man. How am I going to work tomorrow?
You know it’s fun when everyone’s breaking shit
I used to go to this place with my dad every weekend to make extra money by pulling people out that got stuck. We we would come away with $200 bucks in a day but this was in the 90s. We would sit right where you guys were at 52seconds and pull people out like fish lol.
Sad yall wouldn't help out for free. I'm glad our Cumminity has changed cause I would never charge anyone when they need help. I do remember them days though people did make money punks, I'd say. Love my city, AZUSA biggest mud pit in Southern California.
We enjoy helping other’s out .. we don’t charge anyone we do it for fun just how they help us out too 👍🏽 I don’t think anyone charges anymore
@@dirtmedia23 things have changed since then we wouldn't charge now but back in the day we did. Different times lol
@@rudysalas6 alot of people did back then things have change now but thats how things were. There were 3 other guys that would post up in different spots and do the same. It was just the way things were then. Different times. We wouldn't do it now. I just towed some dude out at sand hollow 30mins ago and didn't charge him. Like I said different times
The person in the blue z71 has not had enough beer yet, he needs to back off and hammer it!!!
RIP LITTLE RED JEEP LOL
It’s still alive lol check out the latest videos
