I can do Zumba dance in 1 hour without feeling exhausted but this one, I could follow for 10 mins only then I had to stop. I felt this one way more intense than my 1-hour Zumba dance. I’ll try again tmr haha

I am a yoga teacher but I became a manager in a music company, and have stopped regular practice and giving a class only once a week. I calmly broke a sweat! As crazy as it sounds... I don't sweat much, but this had me dripping with sweat, and I was fully capable (and able) to do this complete workout! Burned 232 cals... not bad for 30min yoga... i'm impressed!

I’ve been dealing with low back pain for 4 years. Therapy just isn’t providing relief even with lifting weights twice a a week. Did this workout once and my pain subsided for the rest of the day. First time in four years. Did this workout the next day and same thing happened. Omg finally some relief. Thank you!!!!!!

I'm not a workout person but today I decided to do yoga because I want to lose some weight. This was definitely not easy for me and I had a difficult time in some of the movements. But I am proud to say that I finished the entire 30 minute yoga! From warm up to the actual workout to the cool down. My body is definitely shaking and I might not be able to walk properly tomorrow, but I feel so stretched and happy. Thank you so much!

It was much harder than i thought 😅 i was struggling to keep balance most of the time. Still, it was very nice to move my body, your vibe and your place are very calming, thanks for this great workout! I will keep following your classes, that was very cool. I handt been able to exercise cause of anxiety problems but this helped me do something nice, calming and great for my body, thank you!
