You made building look enjoyable.... But you didnt fool me!
Right hahah
It probably never worked!
@@kiertquintal5776 haha im sure it worked fine.
Him: mentions the performance of this drone Me: gotta try building this Him: yabbers bout the prices My broke ass: Oh hell no, F*ck dis shi*
If you don't enjoy soldering everything all up and watching it come together then you're in the wrong game buddy.
Parts list??? Love the build
The flight time alone makes it worth it! Great work!
Ill stick to my rc cars and trucks. I envy this
ऑछनपफ
@@Blowloudpack6996 I have both rc cars, and one fpv drone! The fpv is EXTREMELY fun! I find myself using my drone more when I’m in the cities where I live. However, when I’m up north at my grandparents, I use my rc car much more because of the jumps in their back yard, and more room to drive! They’re both fantastic, but the fpv drone is a giant learning curve, but great hobby to get into if you like rc cars!
No it doesnt
@@MotherSoren how? This is cheap as hell for the flight time. I have a decently powerful drone but get 5 minutes out of it. This is well worth it lol..
If you spray those boards with conformal coating after assembly it’ll be lots more waterproof .
Whatever
@@Ryanoceros06 yes ?

@@Ryanoceros06 whatever bro! Sassy tone lol
It’s a necessary step that we hobbyist choose not to use for whatever reason
Such a damn expensive hobby. Wish I could afford one right now.
He did make a far more expensive one than he needed. The HD FPV system is the bit that he spent a lot more on than he needed. You can use cheaper and older tech, and have FPV for dirt cheap. We’re talking goggles and camera and video transmitter for under $100. I built my entire setup with a big 4S battery for about £200, and that included a controller, goggles and everything else. I guess I could say no tools but that’s it.
Just go buy a fuckin mini 2
@@existentiald562 I’m guessing you can’t afford it either
@@existentiald562 mini 2 is more expensive than a cheap fpv drone and a completely different thing,
@@existentiald562 completely different drones for completely different purposes and completely different controls. Flying a mini 2 is infinitely easier than flying an FPV drone
Using putty to hold a small pcb while soldering is a great idea
Yeah, I never thought of that either
I was looking for this comment
So long as it doesn't zap your heat away, I can see it being pretty handy. If it dissipates the heat, then I'll stick with a hotplate or some mini alligator arms.
I've never seen it before and I love it
Bluetac works best
Love these shorts, looks like they are really expanding the reach of FPV as a hobby. Keep it up!
20 min of flight time is impressive
That's with Li-Ion packs, but yes it's amazing how efficient these things have gotten.
Nice
It’s really not tho that’s 💩 battery life
@@BikerDaddy22RideorDie Not sure what you're comparing this to, but these are very different from DJI rigs.
U can be a big youtuber untill u make it more a 10min video
very clean build and nice build Guide i recently finished my first build as well, it is heavily inspired by this exact one except had to swap many parts due to them not beeing available in EU. Keep up the great Builds
imma need a parts list!
Great job! Any chance to get a detailed building log and parts list?

Plans on uploading some in-flight footage? This looks neat
Drones can get insane.. Heard of one spying on equipment at a military facility.. Managed to out run a 200mph helicopter
Outrun a 200mph helicopter? 200mph? Yea, and american V8's are working efficient...

Great Video! Especially the pricing Part in the End.
Such clean solder love it
At first I thought, “Damn that’s expensive”, but then I remembered I have 25 aquarium and terrariums at home which is why I can’t afford another hobby lol.
My guy, idk if your just using a lot or your soldering is looking kinda cold. Try turning up the heat 350‐400c and using flux will make a whole heck of a difference.
Tbh it just looks like he is using a lot since it's so tiny. But I'm not expert so I'm no sure
It obviously works just fine without doing this. Why fix whats not broken?
@@alexhuerta6164 because all of those solder joints are cold. They haven't fully bonded to the contacts on the PCB. During flight, vibrations can easily knock a wire loose, causing a loss of power at the least, a short at worst. Honestly I'm surprised it worked with how shoddy those solder joints are. Cleaning the contacts and the wires with 99.99% isopropyl and applying flux prior to soldering would solve the problem.
He didn't even feed the cables through the vias before soldering
they are not cold. you can see that clearly.
Dude, awesome soldering skill 👍👍👍
What brand was that AIO FC ? And is that 20 by 20 ? And TBS crossfire ? Nice build. Well said even for the new pilots.
Raising your voice at the end of nearly every sentence made me try and answer 50 questions you never asked.
Really, I never win anything

Better than DJI in weight, and according to weigh it's way beyond the distance, and fly time. Great an idea. Great video.

Well it did sound pretty expensive
@@greshengaines7099 DJI is expensive too and you use the goggles and radio with the other 20 quads you build. Also fpv is fun, DJI is a just a camera in the sky.
You put all the facts down so fast but clear, my brain wants more!♡
I really enjoyed watching every step like that. Well done 👏🏼 subbed
Imagine graphene battery added to that lightweight chassis.
Hey where can i buy one of these kits and how much they cost?
Link is in the description to all the parts and the full guide. It costs around $300 to build but you need the goggles, radio, etc.

wires could be lighter in weight if used another kind of wiring.
My first Drone video, sunrise and mountains covered with mist kzhead.info/sun/i8eqhdKdhJqvh2w/bejne.html
Nope. Most of the wires have to be sized correctly or they will melt. These guys pull a LOT of energy from the battery.

Very informative for such a short video. WELL DONE!!!! I am looking to get into this but have crappy build and tech skills. Subscribed.
Time to start working for the Biden administration. They need “over the horizon” capability
Nice build!!
Dude that is so so awesome!
Your soldering skills are bad ass
Building a drone looks very fun! Hope to get the pieces to build mine
Sounds amazing
You make this look so easy... I suspect it wouldn't be for me!
Betaflight 4.4 includes interesting upgrades for GPS recovery with landing included 😊
Clean job!!!
I love drones thanks for showing us the magic
There is so many awesome things that Little thing could help out with it’s crazy
When I first started to see the video I said to myself oh I can do that until I saw all the wire soldering I said the hell with it .
I Love how you used Clay to stabilize when soldering...👌 gonna use this next time
Why do I looooove micros so much 🤤

Could be a lot lighter if the chassis was trimmed more and the wire gauge and length was absolutely what was necessary.
I hope that there's a video of you showing how good it works
Great looking build.. a few dabs of tbs flux will have your solder joints looking perfect.
You'll probably want to switch that rx nano out for an rx nano pro which has much higher transmit power to improve telemetry range. Super nice if you plane to go far.
Great short video. Instant subscribe... Is there a parts list somewhere please?
@Whiffles this is phishing - correct?
You have me interested in a new hobby and now I have subbed.
Where can I buy a pre-built like this?
I'd love to buy one of these pre-built
What motors are they?
The real life Ghost Recon drone.
What are the specs?? Did you make a video on it?
Do you have a build list of parts you used?
Love the build but please stop reminding me how much I have spent on this amazing hobby
What frame is that? And what size and kv did you use for motors?
What frame and motors are you using on this build. Looks like a light setup.
Nice and amazing video 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Well, more like a movie theater rather than vr.
Great video! We all need to do more videos explaining fpv to the civilians lol 😆.
Or you could just buy a commercial FPV Drone and skip the head ache sounds around the same price as a good one too. Minus the Attachable go pro mount although there may be one out there with that feature.
Video of the Flight test would be awesome
Do you think that adding some housing would reduce air resistance?
Can you list the parts please? Also, is it programmable to land by itself on a given coordinates after it comes back? Thanks.
Likely uses the betaflight firmware, which cannot land your quad. You'll have to use Inav for that, but it has downsides too
Just buy a dji spark.
Hey nice info mate thx sweet vid too haha
World's number 1 video you made wow
Amazing. Would love to build one. However, it costs almost a brand new DJI mini SE.
You know ...I imagine all fpv people sound like this guy
I think at this pont its is better value & lesser pain in the ass to buy a DJI Drone Unless you want to make it your self
Oh, you haven't seen FPV if you think that...
Epic definitely 😎
Do you have a longer tutorial step by step for this drone
Can you list the components you used I want one like this
I wish i had a fpv drone..

My old Parrot 2 was like $300 back then and it could land by itself. Admittedly it only worked for 20mins
