    • @blue waters Good question. Basically, I don't over eat. If you are into bodybuilding then there are 3 basic things you must master. 1) Form 2) Focus 3) a precise diary (log) of your workouts and your diet. Anybody can lift weights even though there is a right way and a wrong way but a proper diet is absolutely crucial for the best results. YOU MUST BE IN COMPLETE CONTROL OF WHAT YOU EAT AND HOW MUCH YOU EAT AND WHEN YOU EAT. Anyone can loose weight but when you get down to 10% body fat or less you must be exact. I suggest 1 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Eat clean ... low in animal fats and cut out as much sugar as possible. From there it is a matter of manipulating your carb intake up or down to either gain muscle or lose fat. It is a learning experience and you must stick to your guns to make it work. GL!

      @wishbone103@wishbone1035 жыл бұрын
    • @vindaloo gay love Cardio, stretching and heavy bag, speed bag work every other day. Weight lifting, split routine, on the days I don't do cardio. I never eat more then a cup of starches and only 1/2 cup of starches when I want to lean out more. My Caloric base line is 2400 cals a day. I never let my self get hungry, that is when we are our weakest in terms of will power. I stop cravings by eating protein ... boiled eggs, chichen, red meat etc. Protein is a poor source of energy and is the most difficult for the body to break down. It actually takes more energy to break down protein then the energy protein provides. Also, limit the cardio because to much cardio burns muscle a long with the fat. You have to learn what works for you!

    @garywilliamson1859@garywilliamson18595 жыл бұрын
    • I think that these guys, Chuck and Benny, are only good by relatively low American standards of 30 - 40 odd years ago. Some of the modern kickboxers, Savate fighters and Thai boxers of roughly the same weight, would be far too good in their prime - Buakaw, Yodsanklai Fairtex, Artur Kyushenko, John Wayne Parr, Nathan Corbett, Simon Marcus, Adesanyu, Raymond Dekkers, Peireras, Jason Wilnik, Joe Schilling, Francois Pennecchio, Rodtang, Walter Goncalvez, Rodlek, etc. The different styles of kickboxing are more wide ranging international sports, boasting a greater global coverage of fighters from Europe, Africa, Asia and Australasia. Benny avoided fights with some Thai fighters who challenged him. I saw Benny get a hiding from a taller and heavier Thai fighter - who Thai clinched him and kneed him repeatedly. He also lost to Billye Jackson - and - late in his career should have lost a decision to a Japanese kick boxer. Benny never beat any Thai national stadium champions, or definitely in a scenario where they could use most of their techniques. John Wayne Parr, Nathan Corbett, Artur Kyushenko and Ramon Dekkers have.

    • Ash Back then you did !!limited media it’s not like NOW where Bennie can make his own KZhead videos just have him there is enough I think the way Chuck Norris saw it is he could have anybody hold pads but why not bring in a legend to give them some air time.... he did the same thing with the Machado’s and look how good that worked out for them try to join that school it’s like fucking $270 a month ....and packed!!

    • Couldn't agree with you more. And while Benny was obviously willing...I think that was disrespectful...he was as Chuck said the current kickboxing champion for his weight class. What over champ would be so humble to be willing to be the guy holding the pads?? Chuck wouldn't have. Why not have some no name student of Chucks hold the pads. Then they could both demonstrate. Showed how big a man Benny was....and still is. Also, notice how of the many legendary martial artists...Chuck is really the only one that doesn't do seminars. Joe Lewis did. Benny did. Benny still does. Richard Norton still does. Bill Wallace still does. Chuck it seems was full of himself.
