no matter how many years has pass .. witcher 3 will always have a place in my heart. one of if not the best game of all time.
It was a wonderfull journay and nobody can us steal the momories we have made.
i am playing it now for the first time after completing 1 and 2 in sequence. I knew what everybody where saying about this game but god... i didnt know it would be that good. I am still at level 18 and about 20% completion... but i am taking my time with it, doing all missions, experiencing everything this game has to offer. I do not need to finish it to say that it is BY FAR the best game i ever played. CD Projekt red has created a masterpiece. I hope we see another Witcher game...
@@spacecy Wait until you will see the realm of Toussiant.
You should try the first part of the game then! Maybe it's not that good in gameplay and graphics but it's story is the best! W1>=W3 Hearts of stone>W3>W3 Blood and Wine>W2. Also try out the books if u can find them in english or in ur language, they are great too!
Definitely yes one of the best games: easily playable, great story (I loved the books) and... insanely beautiful. More than this ambiance is unique. I stopped for a while because I was at the end and feared to have finished the game...or should I say this experiment ? (sorry for english)
Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.
Or reinstall and smile all whilst you play the game

"What can I say, everyone has their limits" - roach
@@JeanBaptisteEmanuelZorg Actually, roach is a common Eurasian fish. It's not referring to the insect.
Woah ! Woah!
"Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened" "So how about a round of gwent?"
What if I cry even with this pearl of wisdom at hand? What if the emotions are just too strong, Geralt? At least they aren't *only* tears of sadness, but tears of joy, too. My mind, heart and soul are with this masterpiece and they will stay with it for eternity.

Nice description. That's exactly what happens when we play the witcher
When this music hits after you finish the game for the first time and it says "The story of Geralt of Rivia has come to an end...." (Sigh)
Same, im always sad i cant start from beggining without knowing anything about it, it was so emotional
@@kacpiwal Too emotional my witcher bretheren
I totally understand! I wasted so many years, chances and potential of my life with pc games, it really took its toll. Now I am close to finally getting a good foodhold on my real life, got a family of my own now. And I realize what it is to live for real. It is hard work. I don't want my old life back when I was a good-for-nothing. BUT what I wouldn't give to be able to fully immerse myself into this game anew with no worries whatsoever about what happens in real life for the next couple of weeks.
This game leaves you with the feeling you lived it, and when you hear the music you return home, to a lost love, the melody so sweet.

I'm Russian, not even Polish. And this game has a special place in my heart after all these years. 250 hours... Intense fights, spring loaded story, brilliant characters... Those feelings when you halt your progress through quests and just take a pleasant ride with roach through devastated land... Music plays... Slavic music, which resonates with something deep in my soul. I look at the burned huts and imagine that many centuries ago, like in 1300's this could be the exact picture of some medieval Rus' village which was overrun by Mongolian hordes... Dead bodies, ash and dust... My heart hurt when i was nearing the end of the last dlc, because i understood, that no game will ever be this great. There will be many good games to come, I'm sure. But not on the level of this one. This one is legendary. And after the decades pass, when I will be a very old man, I'll fire this game again. And complete this journey once more, before my death. Even though my life is only at it's beginning (21), I'm sure that Witcher3 will never leave my heart. Dear Polish people, sorry for what my country did to yours throughout the history, and thank you for creating the studio that gave birth to a game that is my most favourite. This is pure art. Hope some day, after we will figure out how to strangle Putin's regime and get on our European way, all slavic people won't see each other as enemies. Then, We could travel freely between each others borders, have fun and enjoy the fruits of our slavic world. The world of wealth, hospitality, brotherhood and comradery, while remembering the stories of glory and fame, and stories about how enemies became friends. Salutations.

I'll never forget Bloody Baron's story.. touched my heart!!
I was actually playing witcher 3 a month ago, It was midnight, I played the baron's mission and garalt said they will meet at midnight, that moment her daughter appeared, I played the whole mission and it turned to Lubberkin. Dude that was the most hardcore moment in games I have ever seen, I spend all night awake because I had never imagined a game will show me anything like that, haven't touched the game after that night. But I still want to play the game, I want to finish it before AC Valhalla, just don't know if its worth it, or I will be collecting more scary memories. Help me with it if you can

@@nevar108 The only thing about this game that I hate is the lack of "real" immersion like setting up camp or visiting an inn to sleep. RP is kinda hard without that but its still fun. Gwent however gets predictable and not worth playing the same opponents once you beat them for their card.
YESSS!! That would be perfect.
At this point I'm basically doing a Witcher 3 run every year.

I can't see how it's bad
I'm doing NG+ at the moment.

Why can a video game 6 years after it's release still be one of the best games I have ever played in 2021.
It's such an unbeatable game. I experienced it for the first time in 2021 and I'll never forget it.
I started a week ago - grinded out 20 hours in 3 days and then thought to slow down. I'm aiming to make the game last for 3 months. Too good atm
I'm on my first play through and just started hearts and stone, I've played so carefully and thoughtfully to experience every bit of this game. I'm not even a gamer, I'm a grown ass man but as soon as I saw this game I knew what I had to do. I bought a console solely to play this and it's the most amazing experience. I understand that I'm the good old days right now and I'm not taking it for granted. some days I wont play just to make it last.
Just played it for the first time in 2023. Still the best game ever made.

Witcher 3 was the best game ever made. You can't change my mind on that.

The Witcher is a brilliant gemstone! Its world was vivid as the tales that I partook in as Geralt of Riveria. Yennifer, Triss, and Ciri and Vesemir were brilliant as the world was bright. Exploration, signs to learn, potions to learn and beast to slay. Mythical environments, well-designed mechanics and storyline . This game is an evolved RPG and one i will forever remember!

god of war or gears of war?
@@MultiSlimshady1997 I tried to mean God of war series including the latest GOW 2018... lol
RDR2 is a much better game, objectively, in pretty much every way though.
@@MoviezGames Yeah for sure. In every aspect other than one thing.. But It's a 2018 game and The Witcher is a 2015 game... No doubt RDR2 being the better with the development of the game industry had in that 3 years. But I'm talking about the storyline with that soul touching masterpiece of music, The Witcher 3 is incomparable.
@@ragingwarrior8098 But other than graphics, it really doesn't matter that RDR2 is a game from 2018. They were both built for the same hardware after all. I think the music (which is entirely subjective anyways) is equally good in both games. RDR2 does offer more variety though, especially in terms of open world exploration. Witcher 3 has the same song (tied to the region) looped for eternity. I mean, it's good music but can become repetitive after a while. RDR2 takes a more subtle approach.. the music isn't as obvious and is meant to boost the atmosphere. As far as storytelling goes, RDR2 wins by a lot. Problem with W3 is it relies far too heavily on exposition. W3 does put RDR2 to shame in terms of post-release content... which I guess isn't hard to do since we're only comparing it with Red Dead Online, which is trash.
Started reading the books recently, on the third one now and decided to try and play some ambient music in the background. This was actually my first choice and it just adds to the immersion so much, cheers for uploading this!
Why i didn't know about that when i read this books. :(
funny started doing this today. Really does add to the experience!
But it also sometimes ruins it, as I often get too much into music and forget what I read about :D Not only that but when something intense is happening in the book and a chill melancholic soundtrack is playing, that doesn't really add to the experience at all.

That's exactly what happened, haha. This is the best game I've ever played. I've never cared more about the story or characters in a game before.
Are you any relatively to SPEWDEPIE ? I hope not he's a tosser
2022 and the Witcher will forever have my Heart. Still get nostalgic when I hear the Witcher music
This made me go straight to steam and press download
This has to be the best game ever made its got everything, interesting lovable complex characters, engaging story throughout, great gameplay and mechanics, beautiful areas to explore and get lost in for hours and of course the reason we all come back to this video the fantastic soundtrack. I’ve never felt so invested in a world and it’s character like I do with this game, can’t wait for CYBERPUNK 2077!!
I don't think another game can ever invoke the same emotions and enjoyment than the Witcher did, Cyberpunk will be one of the best, but the Witcher will always hold a special place in my heart.
Rawlings completely agree
Εven when I say the words Kaer morhen ,shivers fly down my spine. Amazing ..
A game that truly can never be replaced. I hope TW3 lives on forever in the memories of the players that had the opportunity to experience this masterpiece. The music is here to remind us all of our journey :)

A witcher side quest’s story can be as good as a game’s main story or even better. Thats why I loved this game sooooo much the music the characters and the story tha beasts the landscapes everything aand I loved to stop the game when a bossfight and read the beastenary for weakpoints and leave Ciri alone aginst the wildhunt and play some gwent. Good old times, good old times.
Only one word can describe this game: Perfection!
no music awakens my self-awareness than this one. it's like seeing life from above and judging everything calmly
