They are named Justin and Griffin Mcelroy and they do a bunch of podcasts and stuff but they also have a series called "Monster Factory" where they make very hideous characters and then play a game with them

They’re podcasters and (unfortunately ex) game reviewers who had a whole series of videos of just making weird shit in video game character creators. I highly recommend Monster Factory, but also My Brother, My Brother, and Me (their advice podcast with their equally funny Brother) and The Adventure Zone (their tabletop RPG podcast with said brother and also their hysterical dad).

They are the McElroys, a group of three brothers (this is two of them who run the monster factory series on polygon) and the three brothers together run the podcast My Brother My Brother and Me. They have many other podcasts with many other people as well. I recommend The Adventure Zone. It's a DnD podcast they do with their dad!
