    • You miss 100% of the shots you don't take, but you also make 100% of the shots you don't take. These are both what is called "vacuously true" in logic. (You can basically ascribe any property to all the members of the empty set, and it will be a true statement. It's sorta like "if 3 is an even number then the moon is made out of cheese." Since 3 is not an even number, that statement doesn't assert anything about the material makeup of the moon. If the antecedent is always false, then you haven't made any claims about the consequent.) EDIT just to add that this depends a bit on how you define "shot you don't take." I would say that "it's a shot that you didn't shoot," so you have "all shots that are not a shot," which is an empty set.

  • Hey, boys, I'm gonna need you to imagine the real life counterpart to the fucking hellish sports creature you just created. Picture this: some hulking form of a woman comes ambling down an alleyway towards you. She gets closer. For a minute, you have the thought of, "hey, wow, her face parts are real small and close together". She gets closer. Dawning realisation creeps into your mind. Those face parts aren't real. A falsity to throw off predator and prey alike. The eyes are snuffling, gaping nostril holes. The nose is an enlarged mole. The mouth is a constant smirk. Wind blows and ruffles her hair. Hidden beneath bangs, you see two icy blue eyes staring at you. The end is nigh.

  • I saw turbovicki several times in many mii things where you could get community miis. i was always so confused by her face. Her face is burned into my mind. I remember thinking her favorite color was boring. She beat me in biking every time. This makes no sense, because my wii broke last summer. I am so confused.     • I’ll be lame, when a Mii registered for Wii Sports is deleted, there’s just a silhouette. When you press it you can transfer that deleted Mii’s data to a new Mii that hasn’t been registered. Since Griffin’s already registered, he can’t be transferred pre-existing data. Or the sport was too much for one entity idk

  • Okay, I know the video title is Wii Resorts or whatever, but listen. Mario Kart has Mii functionality. Imagine it, Vicki and Cheney on the Kooptucky Derby, going head to head. I think Mario Party 8 has it, too. That'd be a riot. What other games, who knows? Who even played a Wii, almost no one. All I know is that I wanna see Turbovicki as a planet on the Galaxy profile select screen.

  • These were pretty tame compared to the horrible menagerie of mii mutants my kids have brought into this world. They once made an army of a hundred bug people clones and set them loose on the miiverse. On the other hand my kids aren't funny. My favorite mii looked exactly like Walter Sobchak. He sucked at bowling.
