i am starting to believe Bree is actually the perfect friend. i know perfection doesn’t exist but like… the way she was able to be real and stern with Nessa to tell her what she needed to hear, but still soft and caring at the same time and then she knew how to make Nessa feel better and take her mind off everything to distract her from the dark thoughts right after without it being obvious she was tryna take her mind off it.
She seems like the perfect friend and the perfect manager. Idk how she got to be such a good manager at her age!
She is the that #1 employee! This is her job. I think she is a great friend outside of her job. I don’t think she would necessarily be friends w/Nessa outside of her being her manager. Bree isn’t dumb she’s getting her bag & def works for it!❤
The fact that ness was struggling and all of us fans (including me) got to show up every damn night she performed because she never canceled, she kept going for us and that is so fucking amazing, we are sooo so proud of you ness 🩷🖤
this helped me know i’m not alone and i absolutely love her for being so open
The support system she has is incredible. So thankful for this team being there for her 24/7. Ness deserves the world & more, and thank you for helping her achieve that and taking care of her mental health when she's unable to do so.

the meds thing is so real because its hard to accept that they arent temporary. like once im on my meds for a while and i finally feel good again i think im cured and i can stop taking them but in reality there is no "cure" for a chemical imbalance in your brain and the medicine is forever.
fr i get upset everytime i realize i can't go on without it :/

Anyone reading this- if you’re anxious and hyperventilating like Nessa was- focus all energy on lengthening your EXHALATION. It really helps. This was so amazing and real. Great job, Bree helping Nessa and emphasizing those meds. Love from a therapist who works with BPD

as a nurse, i LOVE that nessa has someone like bree in her life - emphasizing the importance of taking her psych meds. SO so so crucial. thank you bree 💘💘💘

I love the way they cheer her up its so sweet they can see she's struggling
poor baby. i teared up at the end. i’ve had anxiety attacks before and they are not fun so i know exactly what she was feeling. it just feels like everything’s going at a billion miles per hour but in the WRONG direction and you just can’t keep up. i’m so glad her team is so understanding and gentle and encouraging. especially with her BPD, she feels things on a more intense level and she struggles with regulating her emotions so it’s really cool that the rest of her team is patient and understanding enough to help her regulate and calm down.
It’s so intense to see how much power your mind has. A whole room could absolutely admire you and love you dearly but once your mind says they don’t or that you’re a disappointment it changes the whole ball game. It becomes your reality to you and getting you to believe otherwise is hard and it’s not because you do not want to believe it but because your mind is overpowering the truth and getting louder and louder with you, when there’s no one watching. It’s like it has a mind of its own but lives rent free inside of you and you pay the price. It was so beautiful seeing Bree and the other team members come in and support Nessa during these battles on the battlefield. Everything they said I would say was well said and comforting as well as reassuring and most importantly true. This is so raw, heart aching and beautiful all at the same time because it’s just you never know what goes on behind the scene yk, literally. I was blessed to see Nessa on this tour and the way she was on stage you would never think that backstage she was hurting so much. She owned that stage and she was so mesmerizing. This goes to show that you just never know what people are going through. Even the happiest face, has a story behind it and just because we don’t know it doesn’t mean it’s fair to judge or make assumptions just because we don’t know. All we can do is love and transfer that energy to anyone we meet because you never know their story and their heartache. With that being said, thank you Nessa for being so open, raw and 100 with us. You are helping so many people around the world angel and that is a blessing that I’m blessed to witness and be apart of. You are doing your very best and just know that it never goes unnoticed. Also would love to say that you’re human. Your flaws are just as beautiful as your blessings and that’s what makes you so real and gentle. Having someone be so imperfect yet so loving and skilled and beautiful inside and out is what the world needs more of. Perfect is boring. You angel, are light 🌹
Respect how much she cared about putting on a good show for us. She really gave it all, this shows how stressed she was to put on the perfect show in every city for us. Thank you for showing these vulnerable behind the scenes moments Nessa

The only reason no one was holding her is probably because when you're having an anxiety/panic attack hugging can feel like you're being suffocated. But yes, I agree

These episodes are scary I have them sometimes when the anxiety is too much and I can't breathe or think straight. Thats when you need to tell yourself and remember how loved you are and never let these episodes break you down. You are strong, it will all be okay!

Nessa is so strong for making it through all of this, let alone share it with the world. But she is sharing it with us so that people know they're not alone. Nessa and her music have helped so many people, including me. This tour means so much to Nessa, I can tell. She killed it. Hearing her say she doesn’t want to disappoint at her shows, I went to one of her shows because my sister is a fan of her, I knew a couple songs but wasn’t like a fan, but watching her live was amazing!! One of the best shows I’ve ever been too, seeing her live turned me into a fan!!
Im so proud of you NESSA! In english we had to write about a celebrity that has impacted the way we choose to live and I wrote about you because you being so open about your mental health with your fans helped me realize that I wasn’t alone! ❤❤❤
It’s crazy too because for us in the audience it looked effortless. We don’t even think about what could be going on backstage behind it all, it’s such a different take on it and different experience. I’m glad you have supportive people there to help you navigate through it all. Being a performer of any sorts is hard and a lot of pressure goes on behind the scenes that most of us don’t even know about so thank you for opening our eyes to this. No one is perfect we all struggle and go through shit, shit happens and you gotta just be brave and push through it to get to the positive. He is right that we wouldn’t care if the mic went off and prob wouldn’t even notice any audio difficulties. It is fine to take an intermission if you need a break cause i’m sure it’s exhausting performing back to back like this. ILY and keep staying strong through it all 🖤

I was so lucky to go to the YF tour. And we are so lucky to see this side of the tour. She didn’t have to share this. But she did. She never cancelled a show. She’s a rockstar, a true performer. And she sounded amazing at the St Paul show. We love you nessa ❤❤❤

I am literally so proud of nessa for showing her vulnerable side here on the internet, it really does take a lot of courage. This video makes me sad just because of how you can clearly see how Nessa's MH can be so bad at times but she still somehow keeps going. This girl got so much hate, for WHAT? For being human? She seems like such a genuinely, kind and soft person. Also can we just take a moment of appreciation for Nessa's team? She is 20 and seems to have such a strong support system not only in friends but on her team and that is huge. You can truly tell that Bree cares about her rather than putting business first. I'm sure at times business has to be first but she treats her like a human which is something Justin Bieber when he was younger deserved. She knew how to talk her down too which is something some people wouldn't do . They could just take a horrible approach and just hell at her and tell her to suck it up and keep going. I gained so much more respect from Nessa after watching the ZS interview and continue to everyday just from how she shows her vulnerability which I can imagine is terrifying.
