Bored on old water tap challenge! No need to worry hydraulic press challenge is here! Competitors raise the pressure and crushing force of the press each on their own turn but very carefully since the person that breaks the item in the press looses the challenge!
For the challenge we had a visitors for today's video our friend Auri and her boyfriend Sami. Auri has also KZhead channel Aurikatariina where she does cleaning videos so perfect KZhead collaboration for our channel :D
We crushed books, basket ball, hammer and some cleaning items with our 300 ton press on today's video!
Our second channel / @beyondthepress

Do not try this at home!! or at any where else!!

    • If you play this game again, perhaps consider keeping score like this: (0. for the first item, the player turn order is decided randomly) 1. a player can press for as long as they want, but once they stop, it's the next player's turn 2. each player gains points equal to the sum kilograms or tons (scale depending on the item) that they've added to the item 3. if you break the item, your score for that item drops back to 0 (and if you went first on the item, and immediately break it, your _total score_ goes back to 0!) 4. the player turn order for the next round is based on their total scores, going from lowest to highest 5. the highest score at the end wins!

  • How about a game of "The Press is Right" Everyone takes a turn pressing down, until a predetermined pressure is obtained, or an object breaks...without going over. The closest contestant wins the round.

  • I just want to voice my appreciation for doing all of these videos in English despite the fact that this is no one's native language in the video. (Or at least I don't think so.) As an American who speaks German, I'm imagining what it would be like to do a video entirely in German, and wow. Yeah. That's a project!

  • Small rules suggestion: Rather than have a "loser", the winner should be the one who operated the press last (before failure). This would encourage brinkmanship and aggressive pressing. The order of play can be round-robin, random, or a game played between the others to see who has to go next (e.g. rock paper scissors). It also lets the last person to go (potential winner) to pose in front of the other window -- like a duel. ...If the press can be configured to press for a specific time, you might be able to have live commenters/members play by submitting a time (e.g. 500ms). I hope that's a soft cast on Hanna's arm instead of another hard cast.

  • Back in the 90s, we had toys based on a series of Public Service Announcement ad breaks designed to get people to wear seatbelts. It was "You could learn a lot from a dummy", and it spawned the Crash Test Dummies. The toys were destructable cars (crumple zones, flying parts, easy to reassemble) and action figures who had impact buttons to send their limbs and heads flying. They were the most fun thing. HPC could make a party game that uses this type of temporary destruction in a small battery-powered press, exactly as presented in this video.

We used to get pallets of books that were unsold in various charity shops for very little money, and they'd always have these books from the 1840s and 50s, not 1900s,1800s! • I had this game when I was a kid, except it was a hollow plastic camel with the front and back halves held together by a rubber band inside. It had wheels on its feet and a double basket slung over its back between the humps. There was a bundle of little sticks ("straws"), and you take turns putting the "straws" into the baskets until you break the camel's back. This game was so popular it gave rise to the metaphor, "the straw that broke the camel's back".
