Asus Rog Chakram Core Unboxing and review with Nvidia Reflex Latency Analyser goodness
This is the @ASUSROGUK Chakram Core, a low-latency wired gaming mouse that came along with the Asus Rog Swift PG259QNR monitor that I tested recently ( • 360Hz + Nvidia Reflex ... ).
It's interesting for a number of reasons. It has an incredibly low click latency (see here mousespecs.org/mouse-click-la..., it has customisation options that include a joystick thumb button, removable switches and a weight system, but most interestingly, at least for me, it works with @NVIDIAGeForce's Reflex Latency Analyser ( • Can a gaming mouse and... ).

It's a tweaked formula of the Logitech G502 - the joystick can be cool for some specific things too.

with that features this mice is worth the price, i'm trully tired buying expendable mice because switch became double click but the wireless model ridiculously pricey

I have a annoying bug using Chakram Core analog joystick as custom macro function, it's always crash. I use left and right analog movement to switch next and previous "Desktop in Task View" (imitating Win + Ctrl + Right/Left). it's weird, it works for 3-4 times, and then it crashes. can you also confirm this?
hmm, i could put back the left click but the right click only floats when i put that back

You can, but there's no latency analyser that's all. It'll still help.
Can the joystick function as a d-pad in game? Like each direction being a different key binds for various action. Or does it recognize it as just an analog stick? Also saw someone mention that it only functions through steam.
It can. I just bought the mouse and that's the only way i think you can realistically use the joystick. I tried it on Doom, where i bound weapons on the different directions of the d-pad, as well as WoW. Seems to work well with both. Only problem is that you have to shift position to reach the joystick which makes pressing the two side buttons somewhat more difficult, but perhaps it's just a matter of getting used to.
The best thing about this mouse is, it comes bundled with an ROG notebook
