It's Ultimate Frauding Clownshow when you say a guy on a 8-10 winstreak has to sit back and fight lower ranked guys so 1.5 year inactive Colby fights for the belt, some shady stuff is happening and they are not behaving like a real sport would, where merit is rewarded. Arnold Allen should be in the 145 title fight, Beneil Dariush should be the next 155 contender, Belal the next 170 contender, they've earned their shots, only in this clown world do we entertain the idea of bigger names winning one fight and jumping ahead of them (or 0 fights in Colby's case)

Leon's striking is too surgical for Colby, and we already know Leon's takedown defense has become elite. Colby drowns people with pressure and pace, but he is there to be hit. His striking isn't precise enough to compete with Leon for very long.
Colby has more experience with one of the most dangerous strikers in the divisions history. Usman was aged and off PEDs when he fought Leon. He dominated Leon the first 4 rounds of their second fight.

LEON got much better and Jorge is much worse. LEON WINS. But Colby beats Leon
Colby was up on the scorecards in 1st fight with Usman and would have won if he lasted another minute. I thought Colby won the 2nd fight 48-47. Usman was up 4-0 in the 1st fight and Leon just got lucky with his KO. Usman was too timid in the 2nd fight with Leon because he didn't want to get knocked out again. Colby willl dominated Leon for 5 rounds and win the belt. Then either Burns or Chimaev will fight for the belt.
it was 2-2 going into the 5th round. usman would have won anyway because he scored 2 knockdowns in the 5th round.

Big congratulations to Leon "Nutshot Dead" Edwards. Only wins when he cheats and by robbery. Should have at least been a draw. I lost count of how many fence grabs, groin shots, and eye pokes he did. It's sad that you have to cheat in order to win. If it was a fair fight Usman would have definitely won. At the end of the day fights are scored on damage. If you think Leon won then congrats you are a casual. Leon just kicked the leg resulting in zero damage. Usman was hitting him clean with the jab all night. Usman did whatever he wanted it was like he was in the matrix. He was moving forward and Leon was retreating the whole fight. l had Usman winning round 2,3,4,5 guess they don’t teach simple maths over in the UK.

Leon won with a point deduction usman didn’t do much to win that fight he got his legs chopped and he got hurt multiple times and dropped from a body kick usman cheats more tbh in most of his fights
