Hearing that Christians are praying for those in the Gaza Strip warms my heart. The innocent kids, women, elderly, and Palestinian Christians in Gaza deserve our prayers just as much as Israel.
I pray for all my Christian siblings first before others. Regardless of their ethnicity or geographical location.

I really want to know this, but the nation of Israel is very carnal. How does the Lord bless that? What does blessing mean is blessing favor even in spite of your sin if anybody can answer, I would appreciate that.
The Lord doesn't bless sin, but he blessed his chosen people. Israel has sinned numerous times in its history and has been judged in many cases by its enemies and through exile. But he promised to return them to the Land, and eventually a remnant will remain and repent, turning to the Messiah before the Messianic age.
It’s consistent with God’s redemption. He chose Israel, not because they were the greatest, best nation, but because they were stubborn and weak. He wanted to make His name great in spite of them. And it’s always been about His faithfulness, even in the midst of their faithfulness. And that’s consistent with the gospel for Believers. We are saved, not because of our own righteousness or faithfulness, but because of His righteousness imputed to us on the cross. If God doesn’t keep His promises to the Jew, how can you trust He would keep His promises to you (us) as a believer(s)?
It’s a new interpretation of Israel that pre-dates the 1800’s. Israel is The Church, those united to Jesus Christ, so those in The Church are blessed.
@@willdogg2003 it’s not new. Even Polycarp, John’s disciple, and many other early church fathers have writings that affirm this view that the church and Israel are separate. Yes Jewish people can become part of the ecclesia through belief in Jesus as Messiah. But God still has promises to the nation of Israel that are in the process of fulfillment but won’t be complete until Jesus returns and reigns and rules in Jerusalem as their King to do what Adam failed to do.

Galatians 6:14-16. Paul clearly says that neither being Jewish (circumcised) or gentile (uncircumcised) but only being a NEW creature in Christ makes you part of Gods Israel. Read it!!

They can’t be saved any other way. He even says the gentiles were saved THROUGH the Jewish rejection of Jesus Christ. No one is saying secular Israel (the Jews) is condemned. But we’re told that we as the church ARE Gods Israel.

But notice God hasn't reject utterly his people Paul says his calling to Israel is irrevocable despite their godless now He will save all of Israel. That's also in Zechariah 12 maybe 13 also. God will give them a supplication of a spirit of Grace and they will look on me whim they have pierced. Honestly seems like a l lot of politicking here. as I expected. Don’t get so caught up in the name “israel” that you begin to act like we have some duty to give them some type of moral defense because “Israel” is found in the Bible. That tends to be the bias that I see when this subject comes up. The people running the show in that state do not know Christ therefore they are of of the devil. Yes, God uses leaders to move on other leaders as he always does through out history. But Knowing that these leaders are Christ less sinners we can understand that their actions need no explanation or nuance. Hamas vs Israel is wickedness vs wickedness. What tends to happens is innocent (innocent as it pertains to war) lives are lost due to this carnal conflict. I don’t care how much they claim to be jewish. If one them died today in their sins it’d be hellfire and judgement. God will purge the floor and bring true Israel and the believers there and redeem all that has been defiled.

Yes there is a bias as there should be. Why not lay the blame where it should be. If the Islamists didn’t have the nation of Israel to fight, the rest of us would be toppling over. The war has freed many Gazans from Hamas. Yeshua, has appeared to many Gazans due to the war. Israel has done more to help Gazans than other Islamic Arab nations who use them. It’s just sad that many casualties innocent children were killed. But it seems Israel has done more to warn to avoid that. I’ve never heard any country including the USA do this in a war, let alone Gaza or the Islamist Arab states.
