@RocketJumpNinja hey man, how are you? I've been using razer's DA for the last 5 years, and it stopped working recently. I was thinking about getting one of these two (prob the pro, or a Logitech G403), but I'm not sure about it cause I really love DA's grip and I dont know if I will adapt to it. Do you think it would be worth to try a new mouse, or should I just be conservative and buy another DA? I think I have ~medium hands (10,5cm wide, 18cm long), but still I really like the DA, and aim was never a problem when playing CSGO if you think the mouse's size really makes that much difference when aiming, could you recommend a mouse with a similar palm grip for smaller hands?

Hey Zy, I am kind of in a dilemma. This is the mouse I'm currently using for competitive shooters and was really disappointed when Hyper X came out with a new mouse with the same exact shape with the terrible sides! My hand size is 20.32 cm by 11.43cm, and there just isn't a lightweight, competitive mouse out there that fits my hand well. I've tried the FK1+ but my hands cramp and start hurting alot after medium sessions, with the grip width being 6.2cm. And I've also tried the EC1-a which is more comfortable because of it's ergonomics, but I still felt like my fingers were cramping (maybe because I have really long fingers?) I've tried the Corsair Glaive and it was by far the most comfortable with a certain sidegrip attachment that increased the grip width to 6.85cm which is exactly 60% of my hands width, but the buttons, and the weight were insufficient for competitive play, at 120g. What do you think I should do? Should I stick with the Hyper X Pulsfire FPS mouse and just deal with the sides and wait for a better model to come out? Or should I try the Zowie mice again and see if the discomfort goes away?I've also tried the Razer Mamba Elite and it was indeed more comfortable since the grip width was 6.38cm, but it still wasn't as comfortable as the Hyper X or Corsair glaive mouse. Should I prioritize comfort? Or should I just stick with the better shape, while sacrificing the size/comfort/weight?

Man I got the pursefire FPS and my hands get really sweaty during the summer especially. The texture is bloody awful, but if they changed it with the pro im going for it, as the rest of the mouse are perfect.

Chyrosan22 does in depth reviews on keyboards and switches, but its not for gaming, its for a lot of older keyboards and some newer ones. great if you want to build your own keyboard though
What about the "Logitech MX Vertical" just for fun? I know its not for gaming but its the closest vertical mouse.
I was able to test both. The new one is noticeable heavier and the surface on the sides is even worse in terms of grip. I have bigger hands (11x20.5) and I finger grip it and therefor I lift the mouse alot. The original, while it has no dedicated software, is lighter and has better surface on the sides. The new one is really hard to grip while lifting it and seems to always fall out of the hand. Just like Zy said, the sides are an issue. All in all, if you lift the mouse alot, I wouldn't recommend it either.
I tried this mouse out too. The lighting on the mouse makes the mouse really hot really fast. My hand gets sweaty and uncomfortable after about 15 minutes of use. This could have been a one-off, but I have never experienced this on the 403, deathadder, naos mice, etc.

Reed Austin Zowie ec-2a/ec-2b, Logitech g403. the g pro wired is more suited to fingertip and claw due to the low profile and small stature, although with your hand size you could probably get away with palming it. The g pro wireless you could probably palm better since its bigger, of course its very expensive but worth it imo.

Shape is more subjective, for example i didn't like much ambidextrous shape of Cougar Minos X3, and i loved instead the IntelliMouse and Razer DeathAdder shape.
It's not that subjective ... I think most people would agree with you, other than maybe 131 grippers.

This is the best mouse I've found for my hands wish I suppose might be larger width than most gamers at 12 cm across. Went from the razer deathadder which felt too small /cramped. So if you are suffering a similar problem (10.5+ cm width hands) , I'd recommend this mouse

I don`t like light mouse and i`m playing FPS. Light and small mouse for me are no good and will never go for such. Light or heavy is a personal preference, so a mouse being heavy is not a con in any way. If you can`t handle a heavy mouse, the problem is in you. I get way better control and precious with a heavy mouse, than with a light one. What i think they need to improve on the mouse tho for the next version of HyperX Pulsefire FPS PRO is this: Sides are still not good and when you sweat its just killing me and i had to clean it with a wipes. The shape is almost perfect, so they can work on this almost. The scroll wheel sound when you scroll is kinda meh, looks solid, but its sound like hollow. They need to bring the durability switches to other top brand level, like 50+ million clicks, and probably to Razer - 70m click on switches. Other than that, mouse had one of the best design i just love how simple the design it, but has something special on it and i just love it. I don`t care about 232903283 million colors, cause every mouse had the standards, which is all i need. The sensor is one of the best if not the best, its just insanely good. The price is great and should stay great. Tho i love Razer, HyperX has always build special products, their logo is great looking, their product tho simply its stylish great and looks special, and the name is just pure gold. For the price, no mouse is better than this. You just can`t go wrong with this mouse for sure.
I bought this mouse a month ago hoping they fixed the sides. But that didn't happen, so i refunded it. Worst mouse i've ever used, it always slips out of my hand if I don't grip it strong enough. Since then I'm using the ec2-a. Much better shape, I don't even have to put any force into grip to lift it at all, but in everything else it much worse than the pulsefire pro... for example: the pre and post travel on the main buttons are waaaay too long for me. The side buttons are also very bad, and the wheel... sooo bad. I've tried the ec2-b as well. Some issues, but more expensive and more slippery since the coating has changed.
