  • Appetite for Destruction is the best hard Rock album ever. Front to back, all songs were a huge hit. It still holds up today. There were no throw away songs on that album. I saw GnR in September and they put on one of the best, and longest, shows I've seen in a long time.

    • There ok but I'll tell you this Lynyrd Skynyrd Band is better than Gun's - N - Rose's. I've seen the Skynyrd Band 3 times. Plus they had 3 Doors Down opened up for them in 2006.

    • Hey I was just messing with you man I grew up in the 80's dude. I graduated from high school in 1987 and I listened to all of the Hair Bands from that era. My younger brother was a big Guns - N - Rose's fan. Him an I use to ride around in my 1967 Ford Mustang hardtop and blast them on the radio.

  • Thailand has great rock artists! I remember when I was in Bangkok at their busiest street at night in 2018 expecting a bunch of reggaeton and hip hop and to my great surprise, there was a bunch of hard and rock n roll bands performing along the way! Thailand rocks!!

  • Covering anything by Guns N’ Roses is ridiculously difficult. Axl’s range alone makes sure of that. I think the problem a lot of these singers had is that they’re clearly very talented, but the songs weren’t the right fit for them and/or they tried too much to sound like Axl. The guy who sang Don’t Cry did the best job imo, followed by the guy who did November Rain. He was the only performer who I could really hear the passion behind his voice. The rest were between take it or leave it and bad.

    • @@nojiedirkksatrucker4259 some of it was fine but he fell way short on a lot of the high notes and had no stamina. Also his voice somehow sounded more harmful for his vocal cords than Axl did in Tokyo ‘92.

    • @@zackyboi2048 yea he sang like matt shadow from A7X both sound harmful to their vocal for me, perhaps if he go to pro music teacher who have real experience in rock for 3 month he will be perfect, but for stamina we can't judge that anyway because in live concert you know some of singer and band member use some narcotic thing and it common bcz literally there no human can endure 9 hours singing with only about 20 minute break that why rockstar career was not so long back then, bcz the pressure from company give to them are so damn heavy

  • The girl singing Sweet child o'mine is excellent! The first singer is very good. The guy who sings Welcome to the jungle sounds quite similar to Axl Rose but he loses the diaphragm support and he gets breathless. It's a shame. He uses the ventricular cords to create distortion. He's very good. All of them are great singers but they don't sound like Axl. Great video by the way!

    • Precisely the point is that they don't sound like Axl Rose. What fun would it be then? Each artist has to make the songs their own, not just imitate the original version.

    • @@malto20I get it that they want to probably pay homage to the singers that the contestants grew up listening too & kinda sound like them etc but like you said what fun would that be if they sounded exactly like them I guess then it really wouldn’t be a contest. They do need to sound like they’re own person
