They always have more events to attend and he is obviously cold. He spends a lot of time on his feet doing events. Have you seen his hands? They are frequently swollen, and many with fluid in their hands have it also in their feet. I know from personal experience that excess fluid can be very painful. This was also not long after his mother died. Many people get frustrated during stressful times. There comes a time when noise becomes overstimulating and all you want to do is sit down and have a hot drink in silence. Not to mention he had a procedure for his enlarged prostate which means he had to use the bathroom a lot, as well.

    • Maybe King Charles should use his cell phone to call Queen Camilla where she is and tell her to come to where he is waiting! That is how most couples find their spouse. Or if he is in a store he could go to the courtesy booth and they will announce a “lost Queen Camilla” over the intercom system. People will be searching for her just like we do for lost children.😅I suggest being patient and show that you are happy😅 when you get back together!

  • Every time the media tries to make this guy look bad, he ends up looking more like a regular dad, husband, grandpa, guy. When he threw the “fit” about the ink pen, that wasn’t the important part. The important part was not one person there looked scared or tensed up and Camilla completely ignored it and plopped down to sign with a different pen. Meaning they know he doesn’t have a mean vicious bone, unlike his second son & his wife. This guy’s a regular guy who gets annoyed like we all do. Except he’s in all these much higher pressure annoying situations all the time and that’s all he does. I’m totally ok with that.

  • It means that Camilla is gaining confidence in the role of Queen. For the first few weeks after Charles's accession, she always stayed close to him and was very careful. But now she is herself again, loves spending time with people and can't stop talking to them. She is very social so Charles must have a lot of patience going out with her.

  • I've said this a thousand times and I stick by it- Charles should have ALWAYS been allowed to marry Camilla. Maybe if he had, there wouldn't be so much pain in the more recent history of the Monarchy. Same with Margaret being able to marry Peter Townsend. Look how that changed her life. She became such a heavy drinker and smoker- I totally believe, had she married Townsend, she would have had a much happier life.
