Join me for an ADVANCED CAST IRON COOKING RECIPE. You folks that are just starting out can do this too. This video will show that there are really no limits to what kind of dishes you can make at CAMP using the techniques learned here. I will use fresh vegetables from the garden to create a beautiful and delicious dish using just the Lodge Sportsman's Grill and The Dutch Oven. Growing your own vegetables and cooking them up without technology is very satisfying. I keep going back to the old days when the open fire and cast iron was the way cooking happened every day.

  • Love your recipes and collection of cast iron. Your outdoor kitchen is outstanding. I would run a water line to it. A small prep sink and a grey water system would be easy to install and make life a lot easier. I would love to do that here but winter is long and harsh. Great job, Mike from Maine.

I love the way you blend a variety of ingredients, let them play off each other, and bring them back to form a wonderful dish! I can’t wait to try this.   • It's always fun to see the old Griswold out in action. It's hard to see but I think you may have missed her birthday. I think I only see ERIE below the circle. If it does not have the PA on it then it was made between 1906 and 1916. If the ERIA PA US in on it then you are correct on the date. Good looking cook...

  • you didn't miss any good flounder gigging memorial day weekend at Huguenot. Friday was 60mph winds...rest of weekend wasn't much better and rainy. we got 1 flounder Sunday night 😅

  • You may have nailed why i didn't like my 1st try of eggplant..... That dish turned out looking delicious..... Your cast iron always look well taken care of..... I'm scared to buy boneless chicken now....LOL
