  • Mark you said you "Don't understand the wagon worship." As a dad with 2 kids that hates SUV's, this gets my pants tight. The practicality of a wagon with added car handling is the reason we love them. This is why I have a golf sportwagen 4motion with a 6 speed manual. The last one to come to the states. I'll keep it forever or until someone else releases a fun wagon under 40k. Which will be never.

    • @@richardnavratil9661 Yeah, these edits are comical, and here especially since these two total car and video editing buffs didn't think of the HUD. But also generally: The idea that you can always dodge accusations if you edit the video is silly. In case common sense is not enough, you can make clear mathematical deductions from RPM and gear displayed there which would hold up in a court of law if someone made the effort. And the theoretical it's-all-CGI dodge shouldn't be of much use because there is no motive for faking it subtly towards being incriminating and it also works the other way, because if they employ CGI that makes it look relatively convincing, then they could also use that CGI to edit out speeding evidence. This makes less sense than the f-bleeping trope. If I made videos like this and really cared about potential issues with speeding, I'd definitely put some effort into it so that it is convincing. ... And not even mock it by making it extra-obvious with that slow downcounting. - They're like: Look, we edited this to not show the real speed. - Lawyer: I wonder why. 🤔
