  • Thanks. You reminded me of some poses that i stopped doing and you showed me some new ones. I do 30 minutes b4 or after I lift weights in the gym. I live in San diego but don't surf. I wish i could😂. I do paddleboard in glorrieta bay sometimes. ✌️

    • Thank you for your thoughts, but for me it’s yoga. I have been studying yoga, pranayama and meditation for the last ten years with my masters who studied yoga and pranayama in India with their masters. That a short insight for those who want to practice with me. And it’s not only stretching as you see it contains also different asanas. If it’s stretching for you than it’s also fine.
