9 min breathe, stretch and tone | a great way to start & energize your day
This 9 minute routine is a great way to start the day to wake up, stretch, breathe and tone. It can be done before or after breakfast to get your day started on the right foot, or completed at any time of the day when you are looking to move and get energized.

I did some of these prior to heading out for Christmas celebration. Had to omit some of the arm movements, but was able to do many of them.

I wondered if you might wonder where I was:) You're always so thoughtful. I was going to write a post to say I wouldn't have a video. It was March break (week of school break for the kids). Another one that snuck by me, found while searching for a post workout s-t-r-e-t-c-h session. You paint wonderful word pictures (e.g. "pulling a heavy chord"). Nice to end with your words of reassurance that will keep me returning.

THIS one was challenging. I definitely woke up, but do need to rest right now!--especially my shoulders. Your moves are unique adding to my desire for variety. I am counting this routine as part of my daily exercises for today because I did put out loads. I do feel good right now, especially my upper back. Thanks Jules...Anastasia

Today was day 5 of series 2 for me. But maybe I’ll try this before I get ready for bed tonight.
Really enjoyed this. With my bad knees, I'm incorporating standing type exercises in with the seated ones. I'm happy to say I did the full ten minutes of it, had no problems or pain! Thank you for inspiring me and for helping us all with your awesome videos! 😁🤩🫶

Brilliant workout for breathing,stretching and toning the body. Did your kickboxing video and this one.Not only does breathing help to relax into the stretch, but it also helps to get most out of the stretching routine.
