  • The last two definitely shouldn't count. Because you're counting their elevation instead of the actual structure's height.

    • Agreed and also I would say that Churches and Palaces are buildings rather than monuments so they shouldn't count either. Other wise a very interesting presentation.

Not much to grumble about except the last two (Macchu Picchu itself was hidden behind the text) and a pity no opportunity was taken to do a loop back for reference and perhaps see Stonehenge in a pocket patio of Angkor Wat (for example).

  • The Hermannsdenkmal with a size of 53,46 meters is missing. It is Germanys largest statue and reminds of the battle in the Teuteburger Wald where Germanic tribes under Arminius defeated the Roman legions of Publius Quintilius Varus.

  • I noticed some glaring errors in this video. Those Easter Island Statues are bigger that whats seen. We’re only seeing their heads and just a bit of their neck. If you dug around them, they’d be about 30-45 ft. Also, Big Ben isn’t the name of the tower. Big Ben is the name of the bell. The name of the structure is Clock Tower.

  • Love these animations, but you've got Mt. Rushmore at 59 ft. when it's over 5700 ft. and should be the 2nd tallest monument in the video. Freedom Tower in NYC also a big omission. Otherwise, a great job!

  • This would be much more effective if they kept the man image next to every example. Once you lose that perspective it just doesn't have an impact.

  • The Tacoma Dome is 152 ft tall just behind the Humayun Temple in India. I know there are other monuments that could have been included as well throughout the world, the thing is you could have made this video 1 or 2 minutes longer and we still would have liked it, so it's something to consider!

  • The makers of the video were confused by what constitutes a monument. For example, what does the Coliseum commemorate? Missing plenty of notable monuments... OK, you can't reasonably include them all, but why add in things that don't fit?
