    • From what I heard yesterday. This is what Putin is trying to do. He's gathering as many forces as he can and then flood the territories his forces have already taken in Ukraine and then force a negotiation. He knows he's going to lose this war but he's going to make sure he doesn't leave empty handed. He's trying to force an impossible scenario in which Ukraine will be forced to surrender Russia conquered territory and then Putin will essentially "clip" the territory he's taken from Ukraine and make it part of Russia.

  • To offer the opposing side a chance to surrender, and the assurance of humane treatment... Common and unsurprising. *_To further offer_* the assurance that you will *NOT* be listed as having surrendered (in other words, officially you'll be marked as "captured"), _JUST SO THAT SOLDIER'S HOMELAND -_ *_YOUR ENEMY_* _- doesn't imprison them....? That is an epically generous gesture by Zelenskyy and gets my standing applause! Seriously. You're on the invading side, you are the enemy to a country. Your side is now losing, but your government is doubling down by drafting and sending _even more _ into this pointless slaughter. Yet, still, that country is willing to go out of their way, to make sure YOU aren't punished... I hope that offer was _also_ sent out in a mass txt message, because it completely undermines Putin's threat to his troops. Now they can surrender *_without surrendering..._* The only way now, is if Putin says "we are closing all future prisoner exchange deals", since he'll no longer know who surrendered and who was actually captured! Partial Mobilization seemed like Strike Two for many Russians, so halting prisoner exchanges might be Strike Three... Anyways... There may *just yet* be a chance for humanity to redeem itself, as long as more countries are able to get leaders who have Zelenskyy's principals! 🤞😣🤞 Stay strong. Stay united. Stay alive. *_STAY UKRAINIAN!_* Slava Ukraini, Heroyam Slava! ✊🇺🇦 🔱

I understand, but also I was purely commenting on how great it was to at least *_offer_* them a punishment-free option (for now), should they feel this war unjust. Whether they are actually able to, accept their decision to surrender, can look themself in the mirror each day and not feel ashamed... that's another matter entirely! (although I can assure them that living with who they are and the choices they've made, will be much much easier this way, compared to surviving until the end of the war and having to deal with all the horrible things you've seen _and done_ for the rest of your life...) However, if you mean "it's not simple" in terms of everything you have to do... You're probably right. But, Ukraine *_does_* have a phone number they can call and arrange their surrender, which the person they talk to can answer any questions beforehand, and then tells them where to go. So at least having that in place, helps alot and makes it easier. 🥴 Slava Ukraini, Heroyam Slava! ✊🇺🇦 🔱

    • @@jenifferschmitz8618 you do know that president you speak of has allowed neo Nazis to join his national guard and political parties right? He's building the path way for the future rise of Nazis. That's the one thing Putin wasn't lying about. Can't remember what Ukraine neo Nazi battalion is called but they ain't shy when it comes to posting battalion pics of them holding Nazi flags along with Ukraine flag. But apparently Russia is worse or more horrible then Nazis or even somehow worse then what America does and did causing chaos in the middle east which still has conflicts and problems to this day even without us troops being present, poisoned the natives bikini island testing nukes, slaughtered natives stealing their land, nuked japan not once but twice. But yet somehow in these days of time the Russians are just the worst huh. Worse then Nazi or America huh. Y'all some fucking clueless idiots. Y'all are only taught to hate Russians because of their government system. Y'all know how pathetic that is lmao. America aint no more free then a Russian is. You can go to prison for saying certain things in America to and America sure in hell ain't no fucking free country or even close to it like it brainwashes it's idiotic people into believing. Not even a true democracy by long shot. But y'all are worried about being sheep following what pathetic ass American politicians say playing gang wars via different types of government style. No different than the middle east playing gang wars via religion style or clowns in America fighting and killing over colors and neighborhood blocks. People are so fucking stupid it blows my mind. Y'all need to wake the fuck up when open your eyes and see the bigger picture of what reality really is. Not what your government brainwashes you into thinking or the media. Y'all dumb as fuck backing someone who let's neo Nazis join their military and political party. America sure as hell wouldn't do that. Europe would shit itself if Germany had a neo Nazi battalion repping Nazi flags. But it's ok for Ukraine because they are being attacked by the Russians. America is only backing Ukraine because of government gang wars America likes to play. Cant be having the spread of Russian influence or "communism" but sure can force Americas fake democracy everywhere else. America ain't shit but a clown hiding behind NATO. Obviously no one would attack America knowing 30 something other countries are gonna attack you back. Y'all think the American military is so oh so mighty but yet lost to Vietnam, The desert storm was a joke of a war, lost to 3rd world Taliban in 20 years of fighting and war we started, Iraq had like 10+ countries involved in that war and wasn't just America who won't that war and probably wouldn't of if it didn't have it's precious NATO help. Look at your own country before backing up another of hating on another. America is a bigger pos then Russia will ever be. Makes the Nazis look like bitches, could almost say Native Americans were Jews in American eyes back in those times, Natives were only defending their land from foreign invaders trying to escape shit that they would end up turning around and doing to their own civilians 200 years later. I'd spit in America's face if I could and so would half the world. Why do you think Americans are hated so badly by a lot of other countries. It's not rocket science as long as you ain't a blind clueless sheep.

  • Putin should have kept the mobilisation secret, because aside from scaring and angering his own people, this is what it says to the West. "We've lost 40-50,000 troops and we are running out. We need a refill! The great Russian Army isn't really 1 million strong with 2 million reservists, it is actually a fraction of that." Maybe Putin should make a statement about his tanks and armour too. "Turns out our tanks are worthless and we have lost over half of our serviceable ones in the last 6 months. We are currently trying to get some Chinese ones on Ebay!"
