This week we trapped 39 wild hogs and never moved the trapped. They just kept coming.
David, I lived in the N.C mountains on my grandparents Homestead farm. The wild hogs would come through our farm and destroy our garden and mess up the pastures with there rooting and destroying everything. These garden sare so important to the families . This is partly how families in this area get through our winters there. The gardens and farm animals are the difference of going hungry or not. The hogs are a menace to everyone there.
I'm a Democrat from New York but more importantly I've been a chef for 25 years what you're doing is amazing and please keep it up!!! People don't realize that this is a horrible invasive species that is literally taking over so much land they destroy everything in their path from crops to homes to fences they attack children dogs What you're doing is amazing and unfortunately most people won't even eat that meat even if you got them out that day processed and put into a restaurant because Americans are so fussy about what they eat White tasteless fish nasty chicken we destroyed pigs where they have no fat left in them and the meat is pink instead of red
It is the best meat!
Why can’t they build a fenced in hunting ranch for these extra animals
You admit to being a democrat? 😂😂😂
@@johnye4433 you can hunt them in Texas and a lot of states have no season or limits because the population is out of control
@@johnye4433 because there are to many of them... Google it they reproduce so fast it's insane.. they're almost up here in NY
I'm impressed you made mention of how you let them calm down before they are killed Pigs are highly intelligent animals, they would know what is in-store for them and to let them calm down before they died is humanity at it's best - well done! That is not an easy thing to do especially considering how must of a pest these creatures have become and how people just want them gone at any cost and will often forget they are still animals with an awareness of their own mortality
I was thinking if these pigs were so intelligent, why would they let themselves be caught like this??? They should know by now any man-made structure means death.
@@redrobiin belly always comes before brain?
If they're so smart why didn't it use some sticks to keep the trap from tripping/trapping it?

Great choice of occupation. An endless supply of product. LOL, Been subscribed a long time. I really enjoy the drop. This suburban boy (76 years old) appreciates the lessons you teach. Keep up the good work.
Great to have you back David. Thank You for your new videos and for your continued mission of ridding us of these nuisance hogs and feeding families when you are not helping out researchers.
Great video 😂
Thank you
Feeding families? I see that mentioned a lot on these hog-trapping videos. But aren't wild hogs like this likely to harbour dangerous infections or parasites of various kinds? Is their meat really safe for human consumption?
Caiu na armadilha : Elimini- o logo .
My grandpa in Texas has a similar trap I was out there with him we got 18 in our haul. Keep fighting the good fight brother
I'm a Buckeye. I've watched a dozen or more of your videos and you are really cool, funny, and give me an education on what you do. I'm sure it would be a cool thing to hang around you for a weekend to experience what you do up close. Keep up the good work!
Another great episode David. Wishing you could drop a new video every week. I look forward to seeing your drops everyday. You keep me on pins and needles hoping there’s a video everyday. As always God Bless you and the family.
Amazing drops. Thank you for getting rid of these destructive, invasive hogs plus feeding families as much as you do. Love the friendship you have with these two gentlemen. God's blessings on you, David from Proctor Minnesota!
Thank you

We enjoy the videos. What a great service you provide. Thank you.
I never thought about buzzards cleaning up the carcasses. Here in the Colorado Rockies, it's the ravens that do the dirty work.
One of your best videos that shows the size of the problem and the damage that can be done so quickly. Scary to think how many are left out there. Thank you, take care and God bless.
We gonna get them tho 😂
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
@ EJ Harrop OH yaw reel good video, So many people in this world going to bed hungry and all their doing is trashing them out to the Buzzards............
They breed quite quickly it's isnane how fast they grow out of control and once they situated and in big groups what is gonna scare them nothing they crazy animals
Thank you so much for a wonderful episode with all your wonderful friends. What a great learning experience for us all! Happy travels, Happy speaking.
Welcome back, David! Thanks for the new videos and your ongoing mission to eliminate nuisance hogs, feed families, and support researchers.
Been with you since the beginning and this one may be your best. Very, very impressive, especially your passing on two big drops cause you knew you could do better. And what a boar to finish it off. You da man!
@David Ellis: Yaat Yaat: Have you ever had one of those crazy, big hogs jump over the top rail of the trap? I've been watching y'all for a while; and, some of them look like they get awful close. My in-laws live on 600 acres of cattle/pine tree & crops in Georgia. They trap & hunt hogs too. The damage they're capable of is hard to understand unless you experience it. The taste of pork BBQ, cooked underground all night, is hard to appreciate unless you experience it as well! Yummy! 😋
As long as yawt yawt is still in the top 10 you’re aces🇺🇸
These boars are a infestation on the United States crops.
an infestation!😉
It is wonderful the way you coordinate the experience for out-of-state brethren. Celebrating real humans no matter the home. My ex went with a Mississippi fellah for years. He was of good character in the extreme sense, and when I would drop the kids off at their place every other weekend, I was grateful for the experiences and crazy characters they provided. No fear. just appreciation. Thank you James Baker. "Bubba" where ever you are. earth can be a place of joy
The swine are goin' down today!! Triple drop mayhem! Thanks David!
Great job David, that will really help the land owner and benefit the rest of the wildlife. Got one thought though, my Grandfather always told me "boy, you could tear up a steel ball with a rubber mallet!", I think you are a kindred spirit. LOL 😂😂😂
Facts 😂
My dad always said I could tear up a crowbar! Lol.
I was told by an old timer, man you would f up a ball bearing.
David please set a trap up at the White House,,
And a Couple of 4 door traps at the house of Representatives and a couple at the Senate
He doesn’t catch serpents.
No need, the pigs were cleared out on January 6th.
I love that Buzz said the 1st best day of his life was when he found Jesus!! Then his wife, & his girls, then himself. Reminds of the acronym JOY that I learned growing up. Jesus 1st, Others 2nd, & Yourself 3rd. You also exemplify those qualities, David!! Appreciate y'all!!
my how fast they multiply. congrats David
I really like watching your videos! Love your laugh, it makes me laugh! Love how you love God & aren’t afraid to talk about him. That’s awesome! Also I think your wife is so pretty, you make a great pair! Keep up knocking heads & feeding families! That’s fantastic!
I can't stop watching. Thanks for helping the good people of the USA
Dave you the best brother,Thanks for all you do for the communities!!!
This is another excellent video. It's amazing that you caught all of those hogs in one spot and there are probably still more in the same area.
Yep
brilliant episode, doing what you do and enjoying it at the same time is a blessing . big fan UK

Thank you
Peace be with you all, keep on keeping on,great advice to children 🙏, be safe and God bless.
I lived in the South for 13 years. Left NC in 2013 I sure miss the Good Old Boys, use to have a lot of fun. I remember People getting upset about hunting Deer, Hogs. They could not understand that by culling, they were and protecting the enviorment. Over population of deer would cause stsrvation, and the damage the Hogs would would do! Enjoyed watching this Video!
Thanks for posting David, excellent upload, kind regards Mike, Norfolk UK 🇬🇧
It’s always great to have that help! It gives you more camera time which we look forward to! I can’t wait to see the buzzard film!
Thanks

Thank you for feeding the hungry families brother
Thank you, David. Have a great day. Craig
My uncle once gave us a shoulder piece from a huge old boar. It was meant for the dogs eaten raw. However one day I came home from school with a note to put a roast into oven for dinner. But I grabbed the old boar by mistake. Then went to work in the garden. The stench in house took MONTHS to clear out
You are a pure witness for the Holy Spirit Dave ! .
I'm really looking forward to seeing the Buzzard Research Project you've got going on! 🤩 The circle of life is fascinating!
Hello 👋 Stacey
My bro you and most people with any kind of sense know that what you are doing is so so necessary …. When you can take ten hogs and next day ten more ,,, the wildlife it that area .. is in trouble… You bro are doing the most at conservation in that area… You shouldn’t worry about no bleeding hearts,,,, for the most part they are people that have no clue about the outdoors and what too many hogs do to an area…. Your necessary my bro ,,, keep up the good work….
This video is the most informative and educational one that I have seen, what you do, why you do it, and how you do it. Keep up the great job!!
Thanks for what you're doing David. I live just a little over 100 miles north of you and if you can keep these things from migrating up here, I sure do appreciate it 😊❤👍
but youd allow black people to come live next to you?
Vocês consomem a carne?
The common buzzard is a member of the genus Buteo, a group of medium-sized raptors with robust bodies and broad wings. The Buteo species of Eurasia and Africa are usually commonly referred to as "buzzards" while those in the Americas are called hawks.
They are not called hawks in Virginia and are actually 2 different birds.
My darn cheeks would be sore laughing so much!! New to the channel but absolutely love it!! Amen 🙌
How old do you think those big hogs are? Or how long does it take for them to get that big
Fellas, thanks for helping David. You seem like good people WITH lots of humor!! God bless you all. (From Idaho)
What a great video!! Question….do these hogs have any other natural enemies other than the trappers?
No my really
Great video as always and David if you ever come to Colorado again stay in the front range for a few days before you go to the mountains hunting get your body used to the high altitude first then you won't get altitude sickness. I live in Colorado and the n altitude gets to people here if they aren't used to it
I am so proud that you had help and i know they all enjoyed it. A stinky job for sure. Thanks for all you do Yawt!!!
Great video, just long enough to cover our dinner, dessert, and coffee. Can't wait to see the Buzzard videos. 👍👍
Hey David was just wondering what is the load limit on the Ranger is it all you can stack up in the bed and drag or what I know my Dad all ways said Dam the mule load the wagon son glad you had the help with them hogs God Bless
You're making me miss those days going to grandma's in Alabama. Dad was from Meridian MS. How far are you from Yazoo MS? No one here in Choctaw, OK knows how to fix grits right. Southern country folk are the nicest people I know. You doing a great job.
I love watching stuff like this you fellows are doing wonderful job for a problem keep doing what you do fellows I'm 55 years old and want to go on a trip that would be the best trip to help yous out
Great Job David, them things breed and multiply like fleas.. God Bless
The big boy at the beginning….was a trophy…but not on a wall…just for the buzzard pile!!!! I’m glad to see them getting taken out….I think you got a couple pregnant sows….Glad to see you are back and trying to eradicate those destroying that farmer’s property….Didn’t take long to get a trap full again.. Great job David!!!! Great video!!!
Hello 👋 Debbie
Thank you for your service to our country🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Good Morning David. Sure enjoy seeing another video.
the amount of hogs in your area is insane
Hey David We Love you and your Channel and Love your Passion for Christ as the World needs more of that! God Bless!
Amazing catch God bless you David I really enjoy watching you ❤
Satan bless you all..., Laughing....killing....for fun !
Thanks for bringing the Hog invasion to us.
Excellent Work David! Enjoy the enthusiasm
I once got 7 boars. All about 45 lbs. The buzzards had their bones shinning in 2 days flat. My grandfather used to joke NOT to lie down for a nap. Keep moving...!
Good job David! Wow! I’m proud of you for taking these varmints out. Keep up the great work! These pigs had no idea who they were up against! Lol❤
Thanks
I can't believe how difficult it was that our ancestors domesticated these strong wild beasts into the pigpen.
God Bless You!
Hey guys! Am from South Africa. I just got to say..Sir! This is actually BRILLIANT!
Nice job! Love to see you helping the farmers and the hungry families!
Well done for helping farmers, feeding hungry families and saving the land by destroying the land destroyers.
love what you do brother,I'm not a hunter but I do understand why people do.
Why? I don't get that?
Talk about the land of plenty. Good work helping others. You are right about kids responding better to an outside figure. The guys next door to me growing up and me found it easier to talk to each dads than our own. Good Bible verse .
It’s nice to meet your friends. It adds some fun and humor to your videos😎
I never had hog before but I want to try it I heard it tastes way better than the typical domestic farm pig I love the way you guys hunt 🔥🔥
I tried once It has more muscles than fat
Trap some small pigs and feed them out for a couple months before you slaughter them
Does it ever dry up around there?

Wow David that was a great day catching hogs. Stay safe my friend
I'm shocked to see they haven't dug there way out ijs💯
Great video! Hope you get to post some videos on buzzard action on bone pile.👍😎
I'm glad for you and your family that not only did you have your safety squints going on but you had those sunglasses too. It was a fluke that I wouldn't have seen coming. Get a post driver: faster, safer and something you'll use for a long, long time. With the fog and the rain it seems the pigs are more sedate. Hmm. At least you didn't need to go to the "Yawtyawt Pig Wash" for this catch. Just as well because that creek was drier than usual. Of course the area under the trap looked really good for water when it came to making a mess. Up here the various species of vultures would be up to the task. Why go crazy with a road department cleaning up a carcass. Just pull it off the road a bit if it looks bad. Nature takes it's course pretty good! That neighbor who burns his grass off...That was funny!
😂
Great job bud as usual! We love y’all! Got ya another biggin
Excellent work bro! Thank you for sharing!
Came across your channel brother, love what you’re doing and how you’re doing it. Keep up the great work!
Thank you
I guess a lot of folks don't understand what you do is a act of conservation.
Its amazing how much damage these hogs do to property, I'm in GA, middle GA, and we've got plenty of them here too.
Wow David, that was some huge drops & getting rid of those big sows was really helpful in the scheme of things. Another thing, 1955 was a very good year, as it was the year I was born, September 29th, but not on a frosty morn, more likely an evening as my Mama told me. It's coming up on the morning she passed away, May 16, 2022, & it's difficult to believe it's nearly one year. My Dad passed on October 26, 2004. I miss both of them very much & tried my best to honor them, especially in their later years. I'm gonna try & make my way to your favorite eating place soon & plan to leave you a donation too. Be careful & God bless you & your family!
God bless you brother...
Morning everyone.. Hope all is well with y’all and the family
Awesome job David
Do you get a payment per pig? If so how much is it?
I’m new to this channel. Very good service for landowners. Are these pigs good eating ?
Good to see anyone who enjoys his work so much.
I’m so glad to see you using a winch for that hog. Save your back.
