M8 continue your journalism and ignore the bullshitter scammers like Ali Abdelaziz who are running a sham show, a scammer in plain sight Only a matters of days or months before that 🤡 is exposed. Ali is now just some corporate scam snob who like's to act as some ordained gate keeper of fighters (hilarious mentality) when in reality he's a mediocre coach, extremely below average manager, and the only reason he is chosen as manager is because he was one of the first to recognize that he could steal profits from networking for his fighters, cuts from their winnings; rather, than getting a real job that isn't scamming.

@@zackarybourbonnais1178 the fact that Ali heavily controls who gets to interview his fighters is a reason to dislike him. He is hurting his own fighters. People like Khabib, Justin Gaethje, Henry Cejudo, Kamaru Usman are big names and are fine. But the fighters who don't have star power, the prelims or regional fighters managed by Ali, don't get opportunities to promote themselves because of him. Ali is hurting those fighters because these up and coming guys who don't make big money can't get people to care about them. Without fan support, fighters won't get big opportunities. I want to support these up and coming guys because the big stars won't last forever in this sport and these people will eventually replace the big stars.

Belal Muhammad would have benefited from being on Ariel’s MMA hour all these years. These interviews make the fighters more “ likable” and popular because this is how a lot of us fans find out more about their journey. If Belal was more popular and got a push through the media sooner he might not have not been skipped over for Colby. It’s not a for sure thing, but not getting more media definitely hurts the fighters popularity.

Ali is very good at managing what information is out there about him. He won’t let any of his fighters be around anybody who could potentially report how much of a sleaze bag he truly is. It’s not about the fighters, it’s about protecting his image, which further lines his pockets at the expense of the fighters. James, I have you as one of the top 3 journalists to cover this sport. You conduct great interviews and ask very well thought out questions.

That's great but more fighters to interview means more money for the journalists and more opportunities for fighters to build a fanbase. Ali has done great things as a manager for his fighters but he is also hurting some of them as well by not giving them opportunities to promote himself.

Not just in MMA but in gereral, the media is BS and getting worse. The powerful ban media that ask real questions. Then the rest who fear losing their jobs, only ask the questions that the corrupt and criminal want to asnswer. But for me those interviews are not worth watching. Keep on revealing the truth.

Great update James, thanks! You have integrity and are one of the good ones. I think you are doing a good job of documenting everything and I would take it one step further to make sure you have a good lawyer advise you on this. Everyone living in the USA needs to understand that we have a very strong commitment to the constitutional right of "free speech" and anyone attempting to violate that right is open to a civil lawsuit and if that is backed by aggressive force then they can face serious prison time. And if they are a foreigner they can also face deportation. Have a good documentation paper trail and make sure you take lots of video of any interactions you may have in the course of doing your job esp at these events. If anyone even associated with this management team assaults you, you may able to sue for financial compensation and damages. Hit them in the wallet because that's always where it hurts the most! Peace brother!

I’ve noticed that if his fighter loses they never do post fight interviews also. But if they win they do interviews. For example, Justin Gathje. That whole team is just bad vibes in my opinion. Not only bias but they let their manager threaten and argue with other fighters on the roster. Maybe McGregor was right about Khabib and his management team being bullies.

Ali is way too aggressive in general for a guy who may or may not have gotten one of the biggest second chances at life of all time, due to a horrific past that may or may not be true. I would be walking around for the rest of my life calm, well behaved and grateful if I were him, but we have all types in the world.

Is simple.. it is a way for Ali and his team to keep making the fighters believe they need him. They don't, nowadays all promotion is on KZhead, fighters could get all the attention they want from interviews and they can easily manage this on their own.
