Manny Khoshbin is the president and CEO of The Khoshbin Company, based in Orange County, California. Manny immigrated to the U.S. with his family in the 1980s at the age of 14. He got his real estate license in 1992 and has spent the last three decades building his empire, privately buying and selling more than $1 billion in real estate.     • On 14 December 2015, Mahindra Group acquired Pininfarina SpA, granting the Mahindra Group rights to its name. On 27 February 2018, Autocar India reported that Michael Perschke, former director at Audi India, will head a new Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. India had zero hand in the design of these masterpieces. That’s like an American buying Gucci and taking credit for the designs.
