Thinking back to a few summers ago, amidst the challenges of my prolonged divorce, I found myself in urgent need of assistance to maintain the stability of my business. This prompted me to seek out licensed advisors, ultimately leading me to a highly qualified professional. For Manny in real estate - buy at a discount. (it takes time to find a great deal but make sure the math is easy - a 4th grader should be able know it’s a great deal) Salesperson: When you’re passionate or hungry this will come natural. There’s resources to learn online. I would recommend solution selling. Operator: This is more or less being organized, process driven and the ability to multitask. Start by operating your day like a business. Track everything you do, how much time it takes and all your money in and out. Run your life like a business first. He ate canned dog food for a year in the US, thinking it was just cheap canned meat. Dog food didnt exist in Iran. Story just keeps going, but he does very well for himself now.
