    • People aren't as smart as they think. Often they get stuck in rhythms especially later on when you're running on endurance and constant training. Realistically, learning someone's rythym is both the only way you'll hit a professional, and the best way to counter punch. It's also the best way to get punches in. Other fighters learn your rythym only for you to break it.

One of his fight tactics was using a belly bump that kinda stuns you, and if there's a corner or wall your pinned, he was very fast with his hands. He could throw some punches for a big older man.

To my surprise he was very fast with his jabs and that belly bump completely caught me off guard, there's no defense against it, using only your body unless you have a larger belly 😂. But yes working in a kitchen there are plenty of verbal and physical fights. People will box and go right back to work.

    • Bullshit. You’ve clearly never been in a boxing ring nor trained in boxing. And taking a Tai-bo class doesn’t count. Muscle memory leads to quicker and better form. It doesn’t make the boxers in this video. I competed as an amateur boxer from the age of 7 until I was 20. I saw WELL over 100 people train in my gym. Of that 100+, I can count on one hand the number of boxers on this caliber. It’s more mental than anything. Given the sad state of humans the world over, it’s no surprise most will never be anywhere close to a real boxer.
