Today we went fly fishing for trout in Montana on the Clark Fork River. We caught a few wild rainbow trout as well as a big brown trout. Fly fishing is our favorite way to catch trout in the rivers and lakes of Montana, and Missoula offers some of the best fly fishing waters in Big Sky Country.

my dad back in the 90s used to always catch 5-20 pound monsters from the dam on the idaho side
That’s one of the better fishing videos I’ve seen in awhile. Constant fish catching action and quality fish. Well done gentlemen, tight lines.
Love it! Fly fishing just looks like so much fun! Nice guys.

Get a decked out pontoon boat. with blaring music, a well stocked bar, a hot tub and a grill. invite 5 folks to cheer you on. Cook your catch and party. crazy idea
That was a lunker
Awesome video guys! I might be heading up to the Clark Fork early April. Would you have any recommendations? Did you guys find many browns on your trip down there? Thanks!
The Clark Fork has a lot of runoff this time of year, so fishing might be a little slow. There are mostly rainbows, but if you catch a brown or cut they are usually pretty big. In the Spring the majority of our fishing is on the Bitterroot.
