@Viggen 😅Yes. as I suspected you are not a tennis connoisseur. just an amateur, supporter of the situation, the result. today it is no 17 wta. until a week ago you didn't even hear about her! 😀😉 she was coming out of the first 2 laps. it will go out, as it caught this lane. one who hasn't done anything in other tournaments so far, you can't present her to me as a tennis star. he caught the conjuncture that he played in October on heavy slag and with concrete balls. he hit hard with the baseball and fooled everyone. new starr tennis. 2 weeks ago in Rome, still on clay, but at 25-26 degrees C, he eliminated her in the first round with 2-0 the illustrious player Arantxa Rus 😀😉☝️

A fantastic footage! Beauty by Eurosport Scarily good was Swiatek! Forehand follow through around shoulder is her singularity like Djokovic's. Rafa's more exaggerated. To open angle on both wings surprised Simona who switched her tactics into the more aggressive one. That's unusual for her, but unfortunately didn't work well there. Now Swiatek is seen differently in the tour. Her mental composure will be tested. For a teenager to lose is also a source of learning & experience. Her coaching staff must guide her properly with a long term perspective. Fabulous to watch!

Fantastic game, level and incredible power of Iga Swiatek with the second racket in the ranking. Such matches can be watched endlessly. It is not hard to notice that with a bit of luck it could have been 6-0 and 6-0. Haleb, who played well, won all her games after a fierce fight. It was not Haleb's weakness but Iga's greatness that determined the final result of this interesting meeting. Iga is making surprisingly great strides.

The match seems like a girl (Halep) vs a boy (Iga). There are women players which are more female-like (body wise) like Halep (which had to do breast reduction surgery to play properly), or Svitolina, etc, And boy-like physics like Muguruza, Garcia, etc. Not just height and shoulders/bones but even their walk gives you a feeling of a boy walking. (let alone the power)

When I watch this match now, Swiatek was a bit nervous in the final, here she plays almost flawlessly, I thought Halep was in top form, but she clearly fell short, Iga Swiatek's play is refreshing, a new Henin on the gravel courts

It's obvious that Iga is also intelligent, her tactical understanding, and where the ball and playear are. Awareness. And his forehand top spin is phenomenal. Swing index is for sure 7.

I once more got back to this match after today's win in the final. I must say i'm simply amazed by her performance in the 1st set. She was simply returning every hard ball that Halep shoot at her even harder and there was really some amazing shots among them like 4:33 5:13 which even Serena would be proud of and then suddenly a wonderfully light dropshot at 5:46
Iga played here better than in the final. Should might have been tired after doubles semi, and also emotionally weakened. And still won the final.

An instructive match. Shows how important it is to be ready to play with any player without relying on your class. I hope Halep draws conclusions for the future.
Swiatek, everything extraordinary: Movement. The angles, never seen by any female player. On top the unbelievably exact placement of shots near the sidelines. Occasionally mixed in very smooth stops...the opponent never comes close to retrieve it. Very safe played volleys. A special skill in returning high balls, firing them back like rockets. No grunting!!! She played just intuitively, out of the unconscious. Hopefully she resists the pressure of high expectations she's facing right now. Then the road is paved for No. 1 WTA. And for lots of entertaining tennis matches.

@@statetiberius215 yeah, thanks for your reaction, I'm also not looking for controversy. I felt "caught" as I read your comment. But yeah, on the other hand I've seen a fair bit of tennis over the years. Now I returned to some games of Swiatek, and I must say, I stick to my first comment. She's incredible versatile and creative in her game and pulls off some outstanding shots, no doubt about it. Also very very quick on her feet, so, a complete package. Kenin and Halep are no average players, they're among the hardest to beat these days. The temperature doesn't matter either, because everybody had to deal with it. Maybe there are some clay specialists, but all in all the top ten can succeed on every ground and make use of their skills. Also I can claim that Swiatek is a clay specialist in the making, who knows. The only bad thing that can happen is that the extremely hih expectations of fans, experts and media gets to her nerves. Hopefully not. And hopefully she is able to play S.Williams and win with grace and dignity. :-)

She already is a way better. Just another dimension of performance. What tiny Agnieszka's always the worst problem was it is just lacking of simple brutal physical strength. Unlike Iga.

Aż żal patrzeć, jak nabiegała się Halep. Nawet więcej niż robiła to Agnieszka Radwańska. Wreszcie mamy zawodniczkę, która sama mniej musi biegać, za to zmusza innych do biegania. Ale do tego trzeba mieć laserwy wzrok i ramię o precyzji cyborga -;
Gdzieś w wywiadzie trener Igi zapytany skąd poprawa gry i ostateczna wygrana RG odpowiedział: Iga zaczęła grać wolniejsze piłki ale za to bardziej precyzyjnie. W całym turnieju oddała tylko kilka uderzeń z całej siły... Może tu tkwi tajemnica, że Iga nie stęka przy wymianach. Gra sobie tak na 70% i jest wstanie wygrać turniej wielkoszlemowy i dość do półfinału w deblu. Warunki fizyczne ma nieziemskie.
@@ignacypach9648 Tak to trafne spostrzeżenia. Gra Agnieszki Radwańskiej była taka delikatna. Uderzenia precyzyjne, ale lekkie, czyli wolne. Oczywiście grę Agnieszki oglądało się zawsze bardzo przyjemnie, ale wielokrotnie, żal było, że nie ma lepszych warunków fizycznych. U Igi mamy inną sytuację. Nie dość, że doskonale warunki i siłę to jeszcze myślenie i szybkie zmiany tempa oraz kierunku. Ona ma to co Agnieszka i jeszcze więcej. Agnieszka przegrywała na serwisach. One rzadko dawały jej szybkie punkty. Iga ma szybkie, mocne precyzyjne serwisy. Oczywiście, jak złapie rytm. Ale ma warunki i potrafi. Tak się cieszę, że mamy znowu polską tenisistkę mogącą zagrać w finałach dużego turnieju. Znowu jest komu kibicować i cieszyć się świetną grą.

A gra na maczce jest wolniejsza, wiec moze ona je wykonywac bez wiekszych problemow. Iga teraz na AO 2021 bedzie miala szybką nawierzchnie. Jej atutem tez jest kapitalne poruszanie się i duży power, wiec jak bedzie w formie, powinna pokazac sie tam z dobrej strony.

@@vojtasjedyny Oczywiście. To absolutnie niesportowe zachowanie. Te, ci, którzy tak krzyczą nie wiedzą czym jest gra fair play, tylko chodzi im o zwyciestwo za wszelką cenę, po trupach do celu. Szarapowa byla absolutnie wzorcowym przykladem jak nie nalezy sie zachowywac na korcie. Niestety brak kar za takie podłe postępowanie dawał zielone światło dla takich, jak u góry napisano, ryczących krów. W jej przypadku to nie wystarczało, by wygrywac za wszelką cenę... więc musiala sie wspomagac. Dobrze, ze tego typu zawodniczka jest juz tylko niemilym wspomnieniem z tourów tenisowych. Bez meldonium i darcia japy na potęgę pewnie nie ugrałaby tyle, co ugrała, nie mówiąc juz o napsuciu krwi przeciwniczkom. Niestety to niejedyna zawodniczka z niedopuszczalnym chcialoby sie powiedziec zachowaniem. Za to mlode dziewczyny jak Osaka, Barthy to prawdziwe mistrzynie i w tenisie i jako sportsmenki. Iga tez jest ok.

Iga was playing amazing tennis. She was on fire. She loves clay courts. We Poles have a great deal of unsatisfaction. Our athletes are not known in the world. It is a little sad that a country of nearly 40 million people has so few high-level tennis players. Iga is becoming our little treasure. I hope that Iga will have a lot of support. There is already a big hype in Poland, so Świątek certainly feels pressure on herself. I hope she will manage. Her cooperation with a psychologist works very well. Good luck!
