Clarification for the school busses in Puerto Rico: That bus was most likely a party bus. They're very popular in PR and usually are tricked out with lights and speakers to blast music. If you look it up, that's all you'll find but since I spend a lot of time on the island they're a pretty common sight.

hey daily dose at 2:18 you say that police use school busses as undercover vehicles in Puerto Rico but that's not the case. Puerto Rico doesn't have a bus system for public schools so when they do fieldtrips schools rent buses from private companies. these private company drivers do whatever they want to their busses like install loud speakers paint however they want them and ofcourse install crazy lights. they pimp their busses like the show. just wanted to clear it out! 👍
It could also be a chinchorreo, which is when people rent a bus like that to hop around bars and restaurants and get drunk.

I don’t think he was actually trying to go to specifics I think he was just trying to put it in a way that us as an American audience would understand. Because to us those are obviously school buses but I’m sure if someone were to actually delve deeper into it they would see what you’re saying. So it’s not like he was wrong he was just trying to help the American audience have a laugh because that’s basically what those buses are to us.
About the safety in UAE: I've been in an empty mall in Dubai once. There were billard tables with complete set of balls and queue, also Airhockey tables with pucks and the handles. Free to play with, no one was there to watch us. Nothing was stolen.

A few years ago Police rented a normal school bus which allowed them to look down into SUVs and other vehicles to catch people texting a driving. They then radioed the car info to Police Cruisers waiting down the highway to pull them over

I am a Puerto Rican, and live in Puerto Rico. The school busses aren't used as an undercover police vehicles. School busses have lights just to make them look "cooler". Most school busses also have big speakers on them used to play music, and you can hear them from far away.
