How do you know that he was stealing the package? The video was edited. He could've realized after that he dropped off the package at the wrong house.
The dog was not comforting her. As a trained Service dog it was holding her down so she wouldn't hurt herself by falling off the couch or just thrashing around. Also, if she were standing at the onset, the dog is trained to jump on the person a certain way letting them know they have to sit down as an epileptic seizure is imminent. Thus avoiding injury from a fall. The comfort part comes after she has regained consciousness.
How do the dogs sense that a seizure is imminent? This is fascinating
@@Martin-kn1cn Service dog handler here, though not the same type of work. They can actually smell a chemical change that precedes a seizure! They do the same for Cardiac and Diabetic alerts. Pretty darn cool. Then you have my dog, who shows me the source of sounds because I'm deaf.

As a delivery guy, I've had customers think I'm stealing the parcel back, but I was correcting me delivering the parcel to the wrong address. 😢

The cardboard is taking reminds me of these little paper. Cut out things my mother had left over from my Grandma who bought him back from when she lived in China. Beautifully. Intricately cut thin pieces of paper madeating the various Chinese architecture. They were beautiful

As a former nail technician, I wonder if that manicure machine can disinfect after each customers. I have seen so many nail fungus infections quite often from people who had gone to places that don't use proper sanitation practice after each client.

Could've also been a wrong address. The app we use sometimes only tells you you're at the wrong spot after you've taken the picture, because the gps sometimes becomes more precise as you stand still. You never know, but then again, I would expect theivery from someone who treats a package that carelessly. Take some pride in your job, man.

@@rannnochthey aren’t necessarily being made by China, the ones in the video may be, however I did a project about 2 years ago for engineering on a very very similar concept that was being designed by a German (I think) company that was called the Volocopter. Same concept, it was pioneered as a taxi to go from the airport to a hotel or something similar and was supposed to have the same benefits as he listed in the video. Check them out they were a pretty wicked design.
I would like to raise awareness to 1:51 showing a "Pekingese" dog breed, which is a breed suffering from Brachycephalic Airway Obstruction Syndrome (BAOS). These dogs can not breathe normal because of the way their nose is redacted into their skull, they experience some level of discomfort all live long and can not exercise and run like healthy dogs because of their breathing problems. Breeding unhealthy dogs like this is also referred to as torture breeding, because humans create dogs that are tortured by health conditions just because humans think it's cute.

I think it needs to be addressed that the dog "comforting" its owner is actually a medical service dog. It retrieved her medication from the top of the fridge, and then laid on top of her as trained to prevent her from injuring herself. I am not saying this to downplay the love the dog has for the owner, as dogs who are trained have to have a certain personality type (lovingly nicknamed "velcro" due to their neediness for affection and closeness), and there is definitely a loving bond between service dogs and the people in their care, but I just want to make it clear that this isn't a candid video of a dog's instinctive behavior, but rather an example of an extremely dedicated, professionally trained and intelligent animal performing it's tasks.

Typically argueing it's a semi-public (shopping center) or public area (the road) is not a valid defense against that either. FYI, couple months ago some guy doing that was actually shot with a firearm after being verbally told off just twice (which is a pretty escalatory response, lol), and the victim who shot the 'influencer' was acquitted. And I've dealt with filming peeps on several occasions with none of their moaning about their 'human right to film' or some bs ever resulting in any tangible results, while as per the fact it was security work and they had been told to leave already, most of those incidents became a civil or criminal matter; If there was a 'right to harass', I'd have been told back then.

To be fair, If anyone else is a delivery driver, for amazon or something, you might have made the mistake of taking the picture only to realize ur at the wrong house. Sometimes after you take the picture, the delivery app will show you if you're near the geopin or not. I've had moments where I accidentally snap a picture of the package but the geopin shows it's at the wrong house (like the house next to it) so then I'm like "oops" and I have to go bring the package to the right house and retake the picture. Even we make mistakes sometimes, and this is what might've happened I don't wanna assume the guy stole it (unless it was proven or smthn I didnt see the full video if there is one.)

@usmh he says that the air taxi, something that logically is typically accessible to anyone, is more quiet and safe and more affordable than taking a normal helicopter. That would imply that if you've been in a helicopter ride, you'll be able to truly experience the difference between taking an air taxi vs taking a helicopter regarding noise level and safety and money. How many people can say they've been in a helicopter or can afford to just go for a ride in one vs the amount of people that should be able to with a taxi of any kind that you can take anytime you want? Most people will never really know the difference because most people have never been in a helicopter, let alone both

One of our neighbors had a service dog for their son who has seizures. But he got hit by a car and lost his ability to predict seizures. 😢 Though he's still a very good boy.😊
Can you predict seizures with smell? How? Note: I searched internet abd learned scientists do not know either. I wonder which chemical they are smelling. It could prevent or even help curing the disease if it searched properly

@@exosproudmamabear558 You are correct. We don't know if dogs do this from smell or by picking up on behavioral cues. They might even be able to detect electrical changes in humans. There are other canine species with documented abilities to detect electromagnetic distortions. I don't think it's well researched in domesticated dogs but it's certainly a possibility. Regardless, it is well-known that dogs are exceptionally sensitive to humans so they are uniquely qualified to perform this service to us even though we do not understand the mechanism.

@@isminivermekistemeyenmahmut Not exactly, you can train on patients who have seizures dog will figure it out that is the smell. They are pretty smart about their noses. There are a lot of times they did research like this. Dogs first take the scent of a patient usually their owners who is sick,then can be trained to differantiate other patients then scientists search high and low to find which compound they are smelling. It usually helps to understand the pathology.

@@mikek0135 It's eyes don't fit in it's skull and it's upper respiratory system is 90% missing. Little dogs like that can't even properly maintain their body temperature. People look at dogs like this and say aww cute, but that "cute" comes with a lot of health issues and quality of life problems that would suck to have to live with.

@@mikejordan6650 Brachycephalic airway syndrome is a genetic condition resulting from intentionally breeding dogs for a cosmetic appearance of short snouts with flat faces. Their anatomically shortened heads lead to structural changes to their throats and airways, which can cause trouble breathing and make these dogs prone to overheating. Basically think of the airway through the nose like a hose. In a normal dog with a snout, the airway is pretty much a straight line to the roof of the mouth/throat. However when short nosed dogs were bred, the shortened face also scrunched up the airways. The airway, instead of being straight and easy to breathe through, now has a much shorter distance to travel but is the same length. Because of this it ends up squished like a squiggly hose, which makes it harder to breathe and makes them more prone to blockages and infections. The same thing happens in bred short-faced cats.

I don't understand why do they leave parcels at the door in the open at all? Don't they have a post office in the US? Don't they have a parcel trackers there? When I'm waiting for a delivery, I get a notification with date and time when the courier is expected to arrive - usually a day in advance and time within 2-3 hours window, so I know when I'm receiving my parcel and I can plan ahead. If the time doesn't fit, I can either schedule online another time of my choice and couriers availability, or agree to take the package from the local post office.
