  • Look sir I was obese and I could not do this work out I am not obese well pretty for actually almost a four pack but still I felt like I was being turned while the workout and still wasnot able to complete it .I hope I would be able to do this work out some day

    • it's a sprawl not a knee which is a takedown defense for MMA
