Look sir I was obese and I could not do this work out I am not obese well pretty for actually almost a four pack but still I felt like I was being turned while the workout and still wasnot able to complete it .I hope I would be able to do this work out some day

Why do you strike with knee the ground when you do burpee?
it's a sprawl not a knee which is a takedown defense for MMA
Yeah you can search it up how to do it it’s similar too a burpee
What if your kinda heavy, and can’t do a sprawl.....😅 (I’m just kinda dancing here lol)
A year later, but I'll say that going down into a regular hand plank should be a good alternative. I hope you've been keeping healthy, and lots of love your way! 😃👋❤️
