    • @@peterbadal3028 nobody gives a fuck about Neil Magny in 2022. The difference is also that Burns actually has a decent chance to stop the Khamzat hype. Khamzat has solid wrestling but what about his chin? His chin hasn't been tested yet and Burns can crack. If he can take some shots and finish him, i would say he is legit. But Gilbert also has a sus chin and Khamzat hasn't beat any high level BJJ guy, so it's that perfect fight where anything can happen.

    • @ollie Murphy I wouldn’t say he’s tired but he’s taking his time ain’t gonna rush through the workout gotta make sure every rep he gets done slowly and does it right just cuz he looks tired doesn’t mean he is he has to be in top shape to do all these reps of course and burns cardio is solid so he won’t have to worry about getting tired only thing that matter is if khamzat can make 170 without using a towel this time around not sure if he has cardio he never went past the third round before so I wouldn’t say khamzat has bad cardio but if he doesn’t get burns out of there in the first too rounds burns will win by decision

  • I guess this preparation workout is for 25 min championship fight original because it's 22 min workout nonstop (+3 breaks of 1 minute). Absolutely smart for being more than ready and making sure Durinho comes in his best shape to test Khamzet.

    • I wish the UFC did this kind of stuff far more regularly, whether it's training or even just following a UFC fighter on a typical day. Not enough to give their competition information but enough like this, a single but complete workout routine.
