I cant start of my day without these exercises. Since Im doing these im just more happy and have more energy during the day. Also food plays big part in all of that. Im currently following diet from Next Level Diet and it feels great. It helped me lose 8 lbs in 2 weeks.

As an obease 14 year old, ive seen changes major changes currently its the 3rd week I've been eating 1000 cal a day and doing this workout every single morning. In the afternoon I would walk/jog 40-1hr each day. Turns out that I lost 2.5 pounds each week!! Im so happy and proud of myalef guys DO NOT GIVE UP the after results are amazing. I personally noticed this when I wore a pair of jeans that I haven't worn in over 2 months. I could not believe it but I had to wear a belt because they were extremely lose on the waist. I felt soo good, I was crazy happy! You feel so much better and will feel happy. Keep going guys you can do this!

This basic yet very effective workout got me through the first year of the pandemic. No gym is needed for most of Rowan's routines. Just start. No matter how challenging it is. Just start.
I used to do it. Initially it was difficult to get into the routine but once it became i can tell you those used to be the best 10 minutes of my day. It used to fill me up with immense energy, boost my metabolism, uplift my mood and self esteem and develop immense strength. Unfortunately i stopped doing it. But from today onwards i am starting it again. 🤞🏼

Such short workouts are the best option for a break when working at computer the whole day. I just have one every hour and it makes me feel like I was reborn. Also prevents me from getting too cold on winter.
This worked for me. Lost 17 kilos in 4 months doing this every morning and keeping a track on the calorie counter. 👍👍👍

Ill probably lower it to 25 seconds then rest for 35 seconds. Im having a hard time getting back after 1 year of not working out. Burpees makes me puke and dizzy and probably this whole workout but worth a try.
I find this keeps me awake throughout the morning better then coffee. Even when I have not had enough sleep. Almost reached day 30 and starting to see a slight difference.
This morning I started doing this routine and I have to say that I feel so much energized just from this one time doing it. I’m so looking forward to see results that this will bring to my life. Thank you so much for posting this!

I have tried many fat burner workout, and I've just finished this one. Man I can say this one is effective use of 10 min. Just do it daily and forget everything, you will see the result in no time.

@@rajendrasonar8212 Yes, but you need to do it in the morning to be effective. Working out in the morning raises your average heart rate throughout the day, therefore your metabolism is boosted.
Be aware: the exercices are amazing, and they have absolutely great effect about burning fat. You have to though be aware, that as a beginner, you might collapse or worse lose your breath and control to pass out. That is why I would suggest you keep a slow start and until you reach the level of being able to keep up with him. Special thanks for the amazing video and exercices.

When I do workoutd like ThenX on KZhead I feel kinda lightheaded if I try to match his movements all the way through, this one wasn’t too difficult but I don’t really drip in sweat from workouts even if by body is done for, is it because of dehydration or does it depend?

Hello, I'm 60 years old and I tried the training for the first time. My God had to stretch the pauses three times as much. And I only made it halfway. I'm already dreading the next training session.
Do not overdo it sir. Especially, the 45 second jump squats. Do normal squats in the beginning. Add about 10 jump squats. And keep piling up. Pause until heart rate is comfortable. Good luck! :)
Unless you have been at least jogging or did some regular exercise prior to this, I would definitely recommend to start slowly. I wouldn't call it a beginners start up, although the difficulty of most isn't that hard.

@@fachri17 i am regularly doing Freeletics, so I am familiar with all of those. 200 burpees in a single session few times a week is normal for me xD burning calories ... sounds cool but reality is yiu need to acompany your exercise LONG TERM with perfect diet to see any real results. I hope your diet is as good as your exercise routine or you will just get stronger but your belly fat stays on no matter how many burpees you do. Thats my lesson learnt

@@TheHarmonyHub. Nah. Im not obese. I weighed 56 before this workout. Now i am 54. I had a lot of belly fat. Though i didnt lose a lot of that, ive lost weight overall. Like i said, i followed a sugarfree diet. I cut down on tea, coffee, sweets, white rice, bread, biscuits. Instead consumed more pulses, sprouts, fruits and veggies. And believe me that, with this exercise is sufficient to lose weight.
@@sreelakshmisreekumar2015 No exercise is 'enough' to lose weight. What makes you lose weight is being in a caloric deficit . You would still lose weight without doing any workout. If you are new into workout most of the weight you lose first weeks is water weight. If you are 56 kg, 2 kg in one week is too much. You should aim for - 0.5kg max per week. You can achieve that by eating around 200-300 kcal under your TDEE. It's ok to cut sugar, but looks that you are not eating enough

I'm using this as a beginner HIIT work out and it seems great! One thing that kind of bothered me was having the ad breakouts in the middle of a workout. It would be better if they happened during cooldowns but now I realize the ad is probably longer than the cooldown... so never mind!

This is great. I let myself go since becoming a dad. The dad bod was in full swing. Getting up an hour early and doing these exercises has not only transformed my life it’s given me clarity and the energy to be the best dad I can be. Always look after yourself first. You can’t be the best you without finding the time to nourish your body and mind...everyday!

I'm gonna do this everyday for 2 weeks along with a calorie deficit of 500 calories. I'll make sure to update after every workout. Any replies would be a helpful reminder to keep going :) Currently: 166 lbs Goal: 140 lbs Day 1: ✅Pretty challenging, I kinda underestimated how hard these exercises would be. Day 2: ✅Again, pretty hard. I feel sore around my ab area, I don't know if that's good or bad. I think what made this time easier than the first time was that I had another video in the background to listen to. This made me focus less on the amount of time left for each exercise. Day 3: ✅Getting in the grove of things, I was surprisingly able to do at least half of the exercises without stopping. Day 4:✅ Day 5:✅ Day 6:✅ Day 7: ✅Doing pretty good, I'm shocked that I've been able to be consistent with this. Tomorrow i'll update my weight and see how much has changed so far. UPDATE: 160 lbs Day 8:✅ Day 9:❌ Sadly I wasn't able to do this today because I was out with friends the whole day. I'll make it up tomorrow by doing this twice. Day 10:✅ I did 2 today to make up for yesterday. I'm thinking that for the next couple days ill do these exercises twice a day. Day 11:✅ Day 12:✅ Day 12:✅ Day 14:✅ LAST DAY!!! Will update tommorow :) Down to 156! Lost around 10 lbs within 2 weeks

Same here. Not easy. Keep an eye on your personal heart rate limits and your knees though - if you aren’t already. At least me, being heavier than I should have been told by professional people to do so. Need to take it gradually.

Rowan appreciation post: I was skimming through KZhead to find something that would suit my schedule. Owing to my workload it was near impossible to join a gym. I was rather looking for something that would yield result and burn my fat. I've found this exactly on September last year and my friends and family and I myself can see the changes. Thank you so much for the workout. Personally for me, the half burpees and the squat jump are the most challenging. I weigh a 100 kgs as of last week. Hopefully this helps

Recording everyday I do with workout for 30 days Day 1: feeling pumped finished without much struggle Day 2: done this at night! Notice much more sweat but still good Day 3: unfortunately, couldn't exercise today :( leg injury was the issue but I will stay report for tomorrow! Day 4: just finished ✅ I've noticed much more sweat than the other days but I'm still sticking by! Day 5: easy gains 💪 nothing to special except that I did this at night again ✌️ Day 6: today there wasn't much sweat but I'm still pretty sweaty I've noticed that my cabs are doing much more work Day 7: First week finished! 🥳 thank you guys for all the support! I appreciate you all for everything 🙏 Day 8: couldn't do it today 😕 because I cooked dinner for my whole family and the back of my knees are in pain, stay updated for tomorrow! Day 9: done ☑️ nothing to special expect I sweated more than usual Day 10: just finished, I actually did a few more reps then usual just because 😏 Day 11: did this one early in the morning today! Nothing too special but I got a spring of motivation 😌 Day 12: I was feeling a bit demotivated when I was about to it today but mid way I was like "I got this >:)" and finished Day 13: easy easy easy quite sum sweat but still good Day 14:woohoo! Week 2 finished! I'm happy I got this far 😌 Day 15: finished ✅ not much to say Day 16: today for some reason it was a bit harder but I still made it Day 17: early bird today! It feels so much better to do this early Day 18: finished day 18 thanks guys for supporting me! Day 19: happy new year's! Couldn't do it today because I was celebrating with family! Day 20: ugh I also couldn't do it today because I was really busy but I will do it twice tomorrow to make up for it! Day 21: did it today 🙌 for some reason it was a bit harder than usual but it's ok 👍 Day 22: today was more tiredness then sweaty 🥵 nothing to special but just that Day 23: wow, hard to believe one more week I feel so good that I came so far and I appreciate all the support 😊 Day 24: let's go! Feel good after that 💪 I think I may have injured my leg because it hurt when I did the last exercise but I'm still good Day 25: today was a work in the park for sure 👍 I did get a lot of that afterburner affect but otherwise still good 😌 Day 26: easy peasy lemon squishy ✅ only four more days left 😳 Day 27: feel good 😌💪 I will update how much weight I lost on the 30 day Day 28: really sweaty, not tired 😈 can believe 2 more days 🤯 Day 29: did this at night again 🙌 not to much to say but feel good 😁 tomorrow is the last day 😳 Day 30: day 30..... we did it. Today I was having a fever and was tired but still did it. Wow.... this workout helped me learn a lot especially for 30 days, at the first week it was so tough I was tired, my body was in pain and just overall hard. But as the days progressed so did I. I started to remember all the exercises and remembered them in order. But I'm sure your here to see my weight loss so here it is: Each day I was less and less tired so this became easier, from day one compared to day 30 there was definitely a difference. my abs were much more defined, I could run easier, I felt better mentally and physically. Over all i would totally suggest this workout and I will definitely do this again in the near future. I also want to say thank you, yes YOU motivated me when I thought I couldn't you supported me all the way I want to say thank you, if your insecure or just want to lose weight you can do it. I believe in you :) just try your best. Thank you! 🙌

once again thank you, I did your routine 3 rounds twice this week and it s truly pushing me especially on the third round. I cannot do as many push ups /half burpees or squat jumps as you but I m working on it!

OMG!! today is the 26th day I do this workout, and finally did it without pausing the video even once!!! I really see the improvements I have made since I paused the vid for at least 5 times on my first day! Also I've loss 2kg so far, and I'll keep working on it. Thanks for making this amazing video!

@@wolfywatch3276 I changed my snacks from crackers to fruits, and changed my breakfast from cereals to avocado sunshine toast (sour dough), also stopped eating junk food, but that's about it :)
Amy Hsu ah alright. Also I heard in a KZhead video that having to eat more at breakfast and less at diner helps you lose weight more as well, I am doing that and hopefully I see the changes, you should try it out too :D

On my first try I can't even proceed to the next 5th set. But as a dancer during my college days, i thought that I can apply dancing routine psychology on this, since then I always think that the sets are a dance moves. So now, I can easily copy in exact perfect form as how Rowan did in this vid, anytime of the day without missing those blood pumping sets. I lost 12 lbs or weight and got back my once maintained BMI. So yes, it is all about setting your mind to get on in pursuing your goals 🎉. Thanks Rowan!

Amazing video and very good exercises. For beginners, it can be difficult to perform all this in 10 minutes and correctly, but the most important is to start and keep trying. The more you train the more your body gets used to it, and results follow. In the beginning, I could not take 45 seconds of the low plank to high plank exercise but a few days after I started performing it easily. These exercises also increase the body's strength in general
