Started doing it 3 weeks ago, first week 3 laps, second 4 and now 5. Feels good. Though not much of a weight loss,, but resting heart beat has slowed down drastically and the upper body feels muscular.
weight loss is mostly about diet bro, eat less calories than you consume and avoid high glycemic intakes (sugars, white bread). Glad that Ronaldo inspired you to workout, keep going!!
Don't think I will stop any time soon. I'm glad I found this video. Gonna have to work on my diet too though.

I started following this routine and just a small portion of his diet... Of course being a student I couldn't afford it all... But even then i could see tremendous improvements in my body, he's truly one of a kind... CR7 💯

My brother sent this to me during the lockdown in 2020 or so, and that's when I did my first workout. I was very inconsistent in the beginning and I didn't take exercise seriously until around the beginning of 2022 when I started lifting weights. I'm a lot more muscular now, and I gotta say, stay consistent and you'll see awesome results by exercising, it'll flip your life around. 😄

The thing to put everything on paper, your workouts schedule, the exercises, the reps, the sets...etc it has always worked for me 👍 Focus on form, expect little but constant progress as you go along, go for targets that have to be realistically achievable and most of all... What’s amazing is that he’s a top level elite athlete with an amazing physique just killing it with this simple body weight circuit. Exercise science is important but if you’re confused, just start moving and get your heart rate up, that’s the goal of exercise. Great workout split for when you’re on the move
