Excellent approach and silky smooth landing on a beautiful day. It's fun to watch the closeup of the joystick. Nice. Thanks very much.

Thanks for watching and your good feedback!
Ahhh LDSP i would like to see Visual RWY 23 approach some time maybe VOR B RWY23 from VOR SPL CAT C&D that would be a nice challenge ;-) cheers
Thanks for your feedback! There is a video of an approach to runway 23 available on the channel. But it shows just the outside view.
Thanks im going to check it out 👍@@ApproachandDepartureVideos
That is a beautiful coastline, there is much to see as you descend although you will not have the luxury of doing so at the time. I wonder which airports are you favorites Captain, perhaps this one? Vielen Dank und die besten Wünsche
Thank you very much for watching and your support of the channel as a member! There are several airports which I like very much. This is one of them. Palma de Mallorca, Menorca, Funchal, Samos, Santorini, Puerto Vallarta (Mexico) are also on my favorite airport list. Have a great day! Einen schönen Tag noch!
Hi great video as always. Would be interesting to see an approach into Innsbruck.
I agree. Right now, I am not flying to Innsbruck. It is a CAT C airport which requires additional training. I fly already to some other CAT C airports.
Dann vielleicht in der Zukunft, Eurowings braucht bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder neue Innsbruck Piloten :)
excellent landing capt! just curious, what if you missed the last taxiway, do you go to the end of the runway to turn around or just turn around in place?
Thanks for your great feedback! It depends on the airport. I do not remember if anything about it is published in the Split airport information. We usually ask ATC. Sometimes they want us to turn around as soon as possible. Sometimes, ATC wants us to turn at the end/beginning of the runway or at certain designated turning pads which are made from some type of reinforced concrete or asphalt.
Great video. When you capture the GS and loc when your press the apr button is it preference when to turn the autopilot off?
Thanks for watching and your good feedback! When the autopilot and/or autothrust is switched off is decided solely by the pilot flying. I like to switch it off at about 10 nautical miles final or so. Other pilots do it differently and switch the autopilot off earlier or later.
@@ApproachandDepartureVideos thanks. Keep up the good work
Are the volumes in these videos accurate to the real world? Meaning what you hear from each other (pilots) and ATC/radio.
The audio is the original audio from the flight deck. Each pilot can adjust the volume of the differnt sources individually. Sometimes it is difficult to find the right balance between the interphone audio and the ATC audio.
What do your colleagues think about that you doing KZhead?
The feedback is very good, they like the videos.
