Механики от бога прям! Все в пыли , грязи, зачем то заменили кольца в мосту которые явно не протекали и были сухими, запихали их не смазав, острой отверткой. С такими мастерам техника будет ходить вечно (нет) . В общем лучше бы не залезали, дольше бы проработало...

9:20 Opening elements with chisel and hammer or other screwdriver is going to leave perfect surfaces to seal. 13:22 Like always dirt sand is the best place to storage components that need to work in clean environment and are sensitive for hard debris. 14:40 Clean it with a cloth. 14:45 blow all dust and sand from another part into it. 15:23 Scratch the sealing with screwdriver. 16:33 Oh, there is a bearing you blow dust and sand on. So - where is announced video with "Expert Mechanics"?

It’s about their determination and ability to do this work despite of a complete lack of resources and facilities. Everyone is not as privileged as you might be.

They work in shitty way like their parents and grandparents. And their kids will also work this way. Low standards and they don't have will to improve it.

Так там же колодки сломаны,присмотрись. Раз сняли за одно и сальники поменяли

при таких условиях работы в агрегат просто обязана попасть пыль и песок. так что этот ремонт не на долго, скоро понадобится новый.
Сальники отвёрткой, вообще высший бал маразма :) таких ремонтников к технике вообще подпускать нельзя. Им разве что навоз за ослами выгребать доверить можно, и то под контролем :)

Sometimes these videos really are awesome in how they make repairs with minimum tools and facilities. But removing that wheel bearing cover by prying it off didn't make sense, there are jacking holes in the cover and some of the bolts remove will fit in them. Tighten those bolts in those holes and you pull the cover right off.

you can make it even easier, just tap on the center of the lid and it will come off by itself 😁

These are NOT experts. They are men using basic tools in tough conditions. The work is not great, it will just get the machine cc working again, who knows for how long.

A quick tip when installing duo- cone seals, spay oring with brake cleaner and quickly push it in. It allows the ori g to slide right in. You have to be quick
I prefer to use gasoline mixed with sand.
All those excavators hanging around and nobody thought to use one to sling the wheel off? Surely one was operational..

They got one. Its a multi tool screwdriver, chisel, pry bar and seal installation tool. Possibly also a fork at lunchtime.

It just goes to show that you can get the job done without all the fancy snap on tools.
Fascinating ……..i think the seals should not be pushed into place with a screwdriver as this is sensitive to damage and this could damage the seal. The Tire could do with a change as well. Great to see and thanks for sharing.
They did the best with the knowledge and tools they had to work with, but I still cringed a little bit at the guy using a flathead screwdriver to force in the axle seal rubber at 15:15 🤯
Very bad process for seating the seal. They didn't spread some oil on it.
@@Tsamokie You never spread oil on a duo cone seal rubber when seating, should be installed with evaporative solvent.
That flat head will be blunter than a baby's bum...
Мы в 80х в колхозных гаражах тоже трактора и всё такое ремонтировали и не сильно технику безопасности соблюдали, но тут просто УЖАС какой-то. Начиная с установки домкратов и их использывание и заканчивая самой техникой. Да и сам ремонт явно на месяц другой и опять на ремонт надо ставить.
я удивляюсь что у них с такими работниками ещё и такое огромное население, там вроде должно бы ть минус миллионы. а не плюсы.
Домкрат на гнилой пень. Н- надёжность. Про остальное вообще без комментариев. Супер ремонт

I was expecting to see the hydraulic jack punch a hole in the axle housing there should have been a block of wood or steelbetween the jack and housing

The crooked log with a bottle jack also being crooked makes me feel so safe if I were to get under that thing. Aw well guess there is more people that brains over there if that flimsy jack were to slip.

Они сальник меняли, и в принципе нормально все сделали кроме того что в песок конечно кидать не стоит.

10 grunts is the torque specified in the manual
I used to do that type of work on Wagner Mining Equipment machines at the Wagner Factory in Portland Oregon. But our axles had internal wet disc brakes that even harder to do. Brings back a lot of memories. Those guys lifted that stuff by hand , SOB. That stuff is extremely heavy but I had overhead crane and straps. Good work guy’s 👍👍👍👍👍 you deserve a couple of thumbs up.

How recognizing an "Expert Mechanic": he always is wearing safety sandals, safety pajama and is crawling in the dirt. A lot of them must be retrained welders which were bilinded by arc.

These machanic's are on daily wages,only think work,and earn for his family/kidz,they not financialy strong only focus on work nd not take interest that what should they wear or not.

First I gave it a thumbs down, then I thought about it and gave a thumbs up. These guys are doing the best they can with what little tools, brains, and instructions they have. In all the dangerous things they did, the worst though was using a screwdriver on that poor brand new seal. Could have used a wooden spoon or someone plastic coated. I appreciate the 'speed up' in some places, but not all. I like to listen to foreign speakers, it tests my perception skills.

I watched this all the way through and couldn’t find one expert, maybe he was at lunch.
Just drop the stuff in the dirt. Good place for seals and bearings. Such half assed work. Stuff must not last too long with such work methods.
