MOST FREQUENT COMMENTS:
1) "I can't hear anything!"
Headphones are REQUIRED. :)
2) "This gives me a headache!"
Keep the volume LOW (20-40% max).
3) "I had a nightmare!"
New to binaural beats? Start with this gentle track instead: bit.ly/binauralbeginner
4) "Sounds weird."
DISABLE any filters on your device (DTS, surround enhancers, bass boost, etc) as they will interfere with proper audio playback.
5) "Can I save this to my phone?"

By popular demand, here's a longer binaural beat video designed to help you get an even BETTER sleep than the last one! :)
This video is designed to help you fall asleep quickly, and sleep as deeply as possible, for one full sleep cycle.
Sleep cycles vary in length from person to person, but are generally 90 minutes in length. After that, you can take off your headphones, roll onto your side (or whatever makes you happy) and enjoy an excellent night of natural sleep.
I personally can't sleep with headphones for an entire 6-8 hours, but if you really want a super-long track I can make you one... :)
Over the course of the night, the first sleep cycle is usually the deepest, with most body repair and release of growth hormone occurring while the brain is in the deep Delta state. To help you get as many of those positive benefits as possible, this track goes all the way down to 0.2 Hz.
** DISCLAIMER: I’m not a doctor, just a nerd who loves meditation and experimenting with new things. I test every binaural beat track on myself and make sure I'm happy with the result before I make it public. Ultimately, every person is going to have their own unique experience. Using this track is done at your own risk -- if you start to experience any negative effects, STOP using it!

    • I was messing around with play back speed to try and fall asleep faster. It didn't work. But it does make an annoying skipping sound. I would love to add subliminal affirmations to this. Do you know anyone on KZhead that makes them? Your videos and brown noise are the only sounds I can sleep to btw. It's amazing stuff!

Holy shit I'm gonna try this again, thank you so much Lol

  • Looking at the comments most people do not seem to understand if you put 100hz tone in one ear and 104hz tone in the other ear, the brain can't handle that so it creates another difference frequency of 4hz. That 4 hz is in the delta range and that will put you to sleep. That is the basic idea.

  • I have so much trouble sleeping sometimes, because, I'll admit it: I'm terribly addicted to my phone. I lay in bed for hours sometimes, scrolling through social media and other pointless crap. By the time I actually NEED to sleep, it'll be 4-5am and I'll finally put on some ASMR. Now, I don't get tingles, I usually do it for the relaxation but lately every ASMR video just seems to annoy me. Boy, am I so glad I found this last night. It works. It actually FREAKING works. Hence why I am here tonight. I've also noticed that in the first few minutes, it makes my eyes water. I thought last night it was a coincidence because I had been rubbing them, but it happened again tonight. What a weird little side effect. Either way, you're a sleep saver! Good night!

    • I'm addicted to my tablet, same issue. Wasn't sleeping, lots of stress. Just saying, these behaviors are a great way to cause all sorts of psychiatric issues like depression and anxiety and body misfunctions like adrenal burnout and other hormone imbalances. Sleep is necessary! Thank you for making this video, love it. I always find the music and sounds distracting! Would love something that puts you through all 4 REMs... I always seem to wake in the theta. I will link in a playlist but....

    • Awesome! Thanks for your support! Thanks for sharing your experience, too. Without knowing anything about your exact working conditions, I'm guessing it's all under bright white light. This will trick your brain into thinking it's day time. In nature, there would be a period of time where the light begins to fade and becomes red. That's when you get sleepy. Unfortunately it doesn't happen at the snap of a finger. My suggestion: get some red laser safety goggles, and put them on as soon as you get home. It may feel silly at first, but you'll be super sleepy in no time.

    • The messages don't even need to be subliminal. By the time the waves reach delta, your subconscious mind is directly accessible and even a slightly whispered affirmation among the beats will reach your subconscious.

    • I have been using this for over a year now. I added five of them to a private playlist. I don't need it very night but when I do use it the pure tone, without music, plus the headphones totally block out most background noises. I fall asleep very quickly and I wake refreshed. The induced delta waves allow me to achieve a deep delta sleep for sustained periods through the night. This allows my brain cells to contract and the am aloud

  • So I’ve been monitoring my sleep using a Fitbit (I know it’s not 100% accurate but enough to give me a basic idea of my sleep) over the past 2 weeks averaging 2 hours of actual sleep out of 8 hours and the rest being restless sleep. Listened to this last night and managed to get a whole 5 hours of solid sleep. Mind blown from this.

    • Most likely you're hearing a monaural beat -- the waves will have mixed in the air before they enter your brain. But, some people say those are just as effective as binaural beats. Whatever works 😉

  • It worked great for me ! To the people saying it didnt work, I'd say try tuning in to your subconscious. As you're laying there, thinking your thoughts, try to notice the random thoughts that pop out of nowhere, that YOU DIDN'T THINK ! THAT'S your subconscious ! Try to tune into that, and your conscious mind will recede and you will fall asleep !

This video is so helpful. But definitely recommend using the beginner one for a few months first til your brain is more used to it.
