MOST FREQUENT COMMENTS:
1) "I can't hear anything!"
Headphones are REQUIRED. :)
2) "This gives me a headache!"
Keep the volume LOW (20-40% max).
3) "I had a nightmare!"
New to binaural beats? Start with this gentle track instead: bit.ly/binauralbeginner
4) "Sounds weird."
DISABLE any filters on your device (DTS, surround enhancers, bass boost, etc) as they will interfere with proper audio playback.
5) "Can I save this to my phone?"

After using Holosync and Hemi-Sync products to meditate and sleep for 10 years, I decided it was time to start making my own binaural beat tracks that didn't have all the extra sound effects and cheesy music added on top.
Before making my own track, I came to KZhead and was shocked to see all the garbage there is out here. Unlock your codons with a DNA-healing miracle tone? Please. That's not remotely how binaural beats work... and 528 Hz is an annoying, uncomfortable tone to listen to. Schumann resonance doesn't apply here, either, because we're not vibrating every cell of the body with a loudspeaker, we're only playing gentle tones into the ears.
This video isn't perfect, either, and much of the information contained in it has not yet been verified by perusing actual scientific research papers. There's a ton of information about binaural beats on the Internet, the vast majority of which is basically made-up trash.
For now, based on what I know today, I'm certain that listening to the audio contained in this presentation (with stereo headphones) will help anybody enjoy a peaceful, restful, deep sleep ... or, at the very least, become very calm and relaxed. I used myself as a guinea pig and tested this track for a week before posting it here. I was thrilled with the results!
As far as volume goes, make sure it's loud enough that you can clearly hear the tones in both ears, but quiet enough that you'll be able to fall asleep without being distracted by the noise.
Enjoy!
** DISCLAIMER: I’m not a doctor, just a nerd who loves meditation and experimenting with new things. I test every binaural beat track on myself and make sure I'm happy with the result before I make it public. Ultimately, every person is going to have their own unique experience. Using this track is done at your own risk -- if you start to experience any negative effects, STOP using it!

I was awake and watching the little markers - relaxed but not sleepy - until it hit delta then I was just gone. I woke up 2 hours later thinking "what just happened - did that ACTUALLY work?!" I was able to fall back asleep and slept until my alarm went off in the morning. I'm amazed! Thank you for these videos. I will be using the beginner video for a while, however. No need to body-slam my brain into sleep! ha! I'm excited to use the napping and recharging videos as well, as I have issues with drowsiness during my days. Awesome. :)

  • Took me forever to find someone who has produced some content of this sort with respect to the fact that we have no idea really what effects these stimuli have, or don't have, at this time. The other 99% of YT's Binaural content seems made by the same guy somewhere who has been up for 6 years straight snorting 432Hz ASTRAL DNA CRYSTALS pumping out like 200 videos a week. Ideally, we would be experimenting with these frequencies and combinations thereof, and using these comment sections for experience reporting. Ideally... Thanks Jody I'll let you know how it goes.

  • I've listened to a lot of binaural beat videos, but this is the best one yet. Exactly what I've been looking for, ,brain wave sounds without birds and waves and what not. I was beginning to have an OBE then ended up with sleep paralysis. I was struggling to wake up. My cat was on my lap and for some reason that always gives me comfort. It's scarier than crap to have sleep paralysis. This is an excellent video for those who would want to have an OBE.

    • Sotallytober, I've had sleep paralysis for years too. I had no idea what it was at first. Thought it was some sort of sleep disorder. I left my body once when I was being attacked by a dog. Believe it or not I watched myself running from him just above my body. It was only seconds and I flew over a fence and don't even remember doing it. I think sometimes in a high level of fear, that can happen, but when I think back on it, how could I be moving and be out of my body. Also, I was out of my body and looking down at a window ledge and I seen a bunch of ants. When I woke up and looked over, I seen them. I thought, well that was some sort of psychic dream when actually I was out of my body. Right before that, I experienced a buzzing sound and thought that's my cell phone then thought no....my phone don't sound like that. I've experienced every sensation there is from loud motor sounds, electricity, buzzing, vibrations, voices, radio sounds, seeing through closed eyelids, an evil presence, shuffling and wouldn't you know it, now that I know what it is and have been trying hard to astral travel, I can't get anywhere..ok sorry this was so long.

      @catsnpeacocks@catsnpeacocks7 жыл бұрын
    • I cannot get anywhere with these beats:/ I get sleep paralysis only when the sun is out and normal sounds play in the background, never really had it at night. I believe I have projected once, but its a little hard to tell from lucid dreams. I was walking around this house I fell asleep in, but all the furniture was different and the walls were painted a dark green rather than white.

  • Anyone experiencing left and right being displayed together on left and right: It's not the uploaders fault! You might want to check if KZhead is using a lower-quality version of the video. I am not completely sure if it's still being done, but in the past there were video's that, at lower settings (360p and lower, if I recall correctly) became "monofied" to save on bandwith usage for people on smallband connections (since a mono audiofile is half the bandwith of that of a stereo file, which is a very simplified explanation).

I almost went to sleep paralysis, but after I pussied out of fear I wasn't able to sleep while listening. Although I did not fell asleep, the tone was like stuck in my head and my whole system was operating on these frequencies and after I fell asleep I had the best sleep in many years. I only slept for an hour and went to go to the toilet - I was feeling so refreshed and actual energy burst that it was awesome. After that, I slept for additional 5 hours till I had to wake up for work and that was amazing. I felt a full restoration of energy and a whole new level of sleep which gave me the best energy restore ever. Thank you, will definitely do again like right this day :D to see if the effects get away or not.

Then I realized I was hearing people from the other side of the world talking. This really improved my hearing so unimaginably well. I thought it was the greatest thing ever. But now, wherever I go, I have to use earplugs. Otherwise I can hear everything everyone says. And I don't want to hear the president talk about what he did with his wife last night... Or about his secret affair with Putin. Or hear the guy at McDonald's sneeze into my food. I wish I could just get rid of the ability. More very vivid dreams (not entirely great but not nightmares) and I awoke to having a wd (which I haven’t had in years) and over 2 hours had gone by and it was time to get up. Since trying these binaural beats I have felt that on nights where I get deep sleep I just feel so much better with more energy in the day! Less than 1/2 volume. Listen to 1 side then the other. When you hear both sides together, find the LOWEST setting that allows you to still hear the illusion of vibration. Think for a minute. This is not like listening to music. It's exposing your brain to auditory vibrations. You shouldn't have to think about it. It's just there in the background

  • Thanks I've been trying extremely hard to enter the phase for astral projection/lucid dreaming and tried so many AP/LD videos that promised results with their brainwave entrainment with no luck. I decided to take a break and listened to this during a nap and I had my first Lucid Dream in many years. I even have Robert Monroe's Gateway Program with hemi sync and that didn't work. Not yet anyway. Thanks again!

  • This is great. I really like hearing and then seeing what was going on. When the alpha waves came in, I wondered why I was so alert and focused. Thats when you wrote that the alpha waves caused that. Do you know how delighted that made me. very awesome. Please make some for a variety of subjects. Studying, wealth, affirmations, etc. I enjoy your research efforts.

  • Excellent presentation of information right here in front of us on the video! All the information needed to know exactly what we are hearing in both ears and the binaural result in the center and what range the tones fall in and what effect they can have. Too often we have to search for this information in the write-up below the videos only to find it missing all too often. I also like the much-needed option of imbibing the tones without the music selection or scenery supper-imposed on them. Good work, I'm a new fan!

  • Just tried last night. I must say it was quite relaxing, at some point I was sleeping. Then woke up after 5h (this I realized later when I saw the clock) feeling reasonable rested, I even though on standing up, but saw the clock and it was still around 5am. So decided to stay in bed, and fall asleep again. At this point (I think) I had all kind of nightmares, waking up now and then after an 'episode'. At the end it was an experience, probably will give it a try more times and see what comes out.. (by the way, I never tried it before, so this is the first time I really listen to this kind of things)

    • Nightmares are often reported by people who use this advanced track but haven't used binaural beats for sleeping before. So, I made a "beginner" track that's a bit more gentle: bit.ly/binauralbeginner

    • @@bestbinauralbeats yes I already listen to it. But I'm wondering, what would be the explanation behind the nightmares, would be interesting to see a video about that.

Let's see what happens when I listen to this 💛 Edit: my head was literally blasting with thoughts halfway through the video but I actually felt relaxed while thinking (a new one for me) and then I don't even know when I fell asleep. This is really cool, I recommend this. 💛💙

  • I had a scary experience, I listened this during a long time yesterday and when I went to bed I could still hear it so I tried to focus on something else and eventually succeeded but then on the edge of reaching unconscious sleep this vibration came back but psychologically it was very loud and frightening it made me woke up in a sec, had me like "what the hell just happened?". I think it's most likely like a visual illusion but psychological, you don't really hear the sound it's just the brain that keeps activating the location where it was stimulated for a long time, though now I am not sure if it's a good thing or not.

  • I'm glad I found this! I like that it starts in Alpha and moves you down into Delta gradually, and by the time the video is done, hopefully one is asleep! Many of the Delta binaural vids out there just start right off in Delta, which is impossible for the brain to easily entrain to. I have subscribed to your account, and look forward to future work you upload! Thank you!!
