    • I’m not overly interested in weight lifting and most sports that r often associated with them. But I gotta say this 1, conan’s wheel, seems to be 1 of these kinds of sports I wud maybe enjoy and wud excel at. Is there a timer u have to abide by for this competition or is it how far u can go b4 failure? If it’s a timer and the time is wat these guys did, I think they did just as long. I am thinking I cud do about 50% further than them bcuz this activity demands strength, speed, and stamina of which I am specifically built for cuz that’s the kind of work I do and grew up doing. But if it’s doing til failure then I’d be here running circles for 5++ mins b4 my legs wud just short of catch fire from overheating. I know if they switched that 4wheeler out for 6 of its tires w/ rims I cud run circles doing this indefinitely. But after about 3-4 hours I’d be hungry tho but I cud still keep going. Honestly now after typing this comment I wanna try this Conan’s wheel out myself and do it for fun and exercise. The only problem is is finding a way or place to do so. I guess I cud buy some materials and ask my dad to borrow his 4wheeler and build this thing on his small farm somewhere. And with how it’d be built he cud still use it but I’d have to drive it onto the thing to do it.

    • @Mr. Censored 3.0 If I knew it was going to happen I would not have flexed. What I am talking about are two separate things. On one hand in general when someone stands to their feet and feels blood rush to their head they get tunnel vision and you’re right, then they sit down for a second/minute. Obviously if that was how I was feeling I would not have flexed in the mirror. What happened to Eddy was passed this point of no return. Instead of Eddy’s body going into tunnel vision it bypassed it and went straight into blackout/fainting. This is what happened in the mirror with me, I didn’t get tunnel vision, I went straight to blackout/fainting. This is the next progression after blood rushing to your head from standing up too quickly and needing a second/minute to recover.

  • Most likely Vasovagal syncope, he’s holding his breath (with little puffs sometimes) to increase intrathoracic/intrabdominal pressure to help stabilize his spine, which decreases blood return to the heart and eventually not enough gets to the brain and its lights out, then you fall down and relax and usually wake right up. If dehydrated as others have guessed here that would make it a little easier to pass out with the above explanation

The longer the radius of rotation is, easier it will be to rotate but, at the same time, longer the length of the bar is, higher the net bending moment of the loads and the weight of the bar will be on the point of holding. Damn, that sounds painful.
