    • Dummy´s wearing a helmet for what I believe is meant to stimulate the skull, you wouldn´t punch a skull cus it´s hard, same with a helmet. Hence why the dummy also has a vest on, to simulate ribs I think.

    • For me it won't even play. Instead I get the message "Sorry, this video is not available on this device" even though I'm on PC. It might be because I have Flash (intentionally) disabled or because I'm using Pale Moon (a fork of Firefox), but I wish the error message was less cryptic (PC is not a supported device?).

    • I eventually got it to play by temporarily enabling Adobe Flash. I don't know why this video is different from every other video on KZhead. Next they will publish a video that only plays if you have the QuickTime Movie Player plugin installed -- even more old school than Flash!

  • I would love to have an opportunity to train with this guy. I know Conan is being comedic, but those skills are so incredibly useful. He could've made it humorous whilst also being invested in the training. He's a big guy that could really benefit from taking note whenever this guy is on the show. Regardless, it was a great segment like them all. Team Coco is number one!!! 10/10 all around guys and gals.
