  • Every time this kid comes on, it's pure chaos. I can't believe it's all even real. We need Conan to talk about this kid and all these segments on the podcast.

    • IIRC this might not even be the most disastrous interview with this guy. I remember another one where an animal ran away and the guy was just like “uh… this is fine, let’s just bring out the next one,” and ultimately there were just too many animals for them to keep track of. One of them even flew into the audience.

  • I always noticed how at the end of the segment he was really upset. He knew he messed up big time, and he looked like he was about to cry. And once again, when Conan had the opportunity to react in any way he wanted, he could of torn his head off for that, but no, he invited him back and made him laugh and calmed him down. ♥️ And that wasn't just to move the show along, he could have done that in a myriad of ways. I watched over the years, he repeatedly chooses kindness. I mean maybe it's mixed in with a little hostility sometimes, but still! Once again, Conan is all class.

He always has a firm hand and he leads the animals when needed it’s just that that kangaroo was always gonna be outve control lol. Really the whole revolving door of animals whilst trying to give out tidbits about them way of presentation can’t attract respectable institutions, not that that’s the handlers fault.

Whenever Conan tells the story about the Water Bull Incident, he talks about everybody was like "yeah, go ahead and get on the water bull" and at the last moment Andy was like "don't get on that thing" but Conan did anyway. So the moral of the story is, if Andy is avoiding something, listen to Andy.

    • @@the_original_dude Yeah, but there's no way the producers would have allowed a DEADLY snake onto Conan's desk. It's akin to pointing a loaded gun at someone's head. I've worked with venomous reptiles and even opening the enclosure to feed them requires two people to be there, a refrigerator with anti-venin on premises and a strict protocol of paying attention to what you're doing. Like, you don't take your eyes off it for a second because they can whip around with lighting speed and bite. There's no way it had venom (or possibly even fangs). Pouring a rattle snake on someone's desk (who wasn't even prepared) is attempted murder. Also, the enclosure he had it in was just a Rubbermaid container. A snake can pop those lids off very easily. Transporting venomous snakes is dangerous business. There's just no way it was venomous.
