Heey Nico so glad you're back with the most greatest advises on the internet! More then a year ago my YT account was hacked and they uploaded some 5 contents and 1 of them had a strike! Many friends almost imidiatly started screaming at me... Ian your account is hacked!!! Also Discord, outlook, and google. I changed the passwords of all of those and my secret questions (very important!!!!!). Then I got everything back! But recently many steam accounts get hacked! I had to help a friend from steam who was hacked and it seemed that A Russian bought this steam key for just 200 Rubles... Which is less then €3,50! But me and my team got it back for my friend! Never store any key on Google! Better said... Never use any password reminder! Be the best in your own protection and save paswords seperatly! And keep it compressed with 1 password you have to remind! That's the best option you have nower days! I'm still not hacked again... But on Discord it had many bans.... Cause this hacker was sending encrypted messages there! So, I hope when viewers read this that they keep them selves, safe!!!

Me, this happened to be back in August, it was on my youtube channel, somebody hacked into it and uploaded xxx videos on it. I caught it on time, changed password and enable 2fa then I used tron and do a deep scan on my pc for 12 hours and an additional 9 hours another day double checking and an extra 40 minutes with auto runs. Very tragic but now I have peace at mind .
So glad i stopped doing this years and years ago. Removed autofill and everything stored digitally. Just have a physical book of my passwords under my safe

Hi Nico. Just found your channel and very appreciate. I do tech support for senior citizens and am always looking for new tools to keep up with the scams and malware they encounter. I will definitely use your tools and plan to show my $ support when I do. So, question for you… what are your thoughts on Apple’s proprietary password manager? I have many clients currently using iPhones and advise them its safe to store their passwords on their phone, as long as they use a security lock (pw,finger,face etc) and have a pretty quick display lock set. What’s your thoughts on this? Personally I really like it, and use it myself, but I don’t want to be giving bad info to others. Thanks!
Apple's password protection is good enough for their phones if properly locked. For computer, not to much. It's vulnerable to browser based attacks.

Can i ask why you are recommending this particular password manager? Iv heard/used of a lot of password managers but not this one, so I'm surprised you would pick this one.
I like many... This one stuck out to me because of the encryption. A lot of my viewers have become very paranoid after a hack so I sought out easy interfaces with tons of security. I would of recommended some others but they had recent breaches.

Yeah I knew there would be a problem with saving your passwords to the web but I use Nord password and it's pretty good and I removed my old passwords that were on my Chrome so I won't get hacked again
Hello there! I never ran Process Hacker while a browser was open before. But, I just did, and it is saying all my browsers are 'untrusted'. Is that normal? I already ran tron and all that, it detected no viruses. I haven't clicked on any strange sites or anything since then, have barely even been on my PC until today. For example: I am using Google Chrome now, and Process Hacker shows three things for Chrome listed as 'Low' integrity, and then 4 exe Chrome things as 'Untrusted'. The untrusted ones are taking up at least 7k PID to around 16k each. Also, I just got a new motherboard, new AMD CPU, etc. When I turned it on, Windows said 'windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software' in response to something that was about AMD. Is that also normal? I went ahead and downloaded it anyway, then I saw nothing alarming in Autoruns, just that all my browsers are untrusted in Process Hacker.
Process Hacker isn't the best for making this determination unless you know what to look for. I would use autoruns with virus total enabled.
@@NicoKnowsTech One last thing: Autoruns and Virustotal are telling me that my Process Hacker is rated as 21/75 and 25/75 respectively. Is that normal also? Nothing else is listed as one or more (except the anticheat with 3) in my PC, that I see.
you can think of integrity like the level of access a process has to files and folders on your PC Untrusted and low are only gonna be able to access stuff like temp files and things in your appdata folders, on the other hand something with high or system integrity have administrative or system level access to files and folders on your PC tldr untrusted and low integrity is a good thing in a security sense

In just a few days, we were able to collect more than 1,000,000 credentials, exfiltrated by different types of malware and unencrypted cryptocurrency wallets”. Does this mean that to be virus total hacked you need to be in a hacker forum?

Hey man i need help i was hacked while ago i fixed it when i was watching your videos but the thing is the hacker is still in my computer i think cuz even tho i turned on my antivirus (which is avast) the hacker still tried to log in to my other online accounts. Can you please make a video on to make the hacker like not have access to your computer and my online accounts pls thank you
That someone tries to log in to sites you have an account on, just means they know what sites you have an account on, as well as your e-mail. Just change your password on those accounts, and you'll be fine. If you don't like it that way, change to a new e-mail account on those sites.
I know your intentions are good, but some of us can't afford that or we just live in countries where there's no way for paying it, so we would appreciate a video with a free alternative. Thank you :)

@@wubboxku8380 I know right? They are taking their time. I wouldn't say that our personal data is at risk unless you are using the API in applications that have your credentials and private data. If you have a commercial or paid license with virus total then I would check into that account as it may be compromised.
