Would it actually kill you getting hit with a rifle round? or just break a few ribs
It can still stop your heart, nah?
@@lachlanm7149 it would kill you just by force
Answer for all theese question is: It may protect you from being pierced through, but it will be punch stronger, pointy and more accurate than human one. If hit by several bullets ribs can break (causing damage to heart and lungs-worst case) and lower organs damaged can cause heavy bleeding.

FRAS is freaking amazing, stopping a 30-06 180 gr Norma round! Even compromised, it manages to stop 6 rounds from 2 anti-bear pistols.
Definitely impressive, even though you could see that 30-06 had a ballistic tip on it, so it was probably a bullet meant to expand for greater wounding capability. Expanding rounds are significantly worse at going through armor, since they are designed to dumpo their energy quickly into their target, as opposed to conserving it. There is a good chance that a slightly lighter FMJ round in 30-06 would have gone through it.

It's the same exact armor, just through a new company.
I was thinking basicly the same thing.
