Let's see: You built the entire trailer home, you love to cook, you sew and upholster furniture, plus you and your wife jet ski and have a motorcycle to "tool" around on! Wow! Oh yeah, and I must admit I've never seen a full garage on wheels, either. Incredible! 👍♥️

  • I can really relate to Clayton's statement about the stress and worry about being too close to someone. Pre-retirement, most people interact with friends and co-workers for a few hours a day, and some work alone, so there is blissful absence we don't recognize, yet it is healthy for a relationship. We enjoy returning home to our families. When you suddenly find yourself joined at the hip to someone you love, and there is no separation, you can get on each other's nerves. I think men feel this way more than women, also because most men need a sense of purpose, wanting to be busy in ways that don't always align with their spouse' sense of priority. So the initial few months of retirement can be tough for some, and if you add confinement to the mix, it can snowball. I'm glad to see these two enjoying themselves and each other.

    • @@NomadMonster The person who left the snide comment with the initials "wyt" is just some green with envy loser; The initials wyt is an abbreviation for White people. Certain types of people can't come to terms with the fact that White people literally, invented the modern world & everything they see & hear around them, from submarines at the bottom of the ocean, jets in the sky, WiFi vehicles on other planets, satellites & telescopes flying thru outer space sending us images of the first galaxies formed after the Big Bang! This is what leads to the hate in their hearts for all White people, including innocent pensioners who are just trying to live their lives & share knowledge. They need someone to blame for their feelings of underachievement & inferiority complex. In simple terms its known as victim culture...those who practice it & teach it to their youth are going absolutely nowhere. They often don't understand that they're nothing but useful idiots being used to gain political power for "wyt" leftists only they're too stupid to realize it!

I really like the way you separated the interior with different rooms rather than building a single open space like we see most people build. The double bathroom was a great idea. I love to read and really liked the idea of a separate library. It looked to be so comfortable to sit in there and read. And then of course, the garage is awesome. I’ve only seen one other guy with the same size garage in his rig, but it couldn’t hold a jet ski and motorcycle. It’s unbelievable what you were able to fit in that trailer! • This has to be my favorite build of all. So much imagination and love put into it. Like you said " What more could you want? " And yes, it would take a lot of getting used to having to be around each other in close quarters after living in a normal family home. You are a wonderful couple and I wish you all the very best, and a long and happy life!! 💜👏😍😟🇦🇺

  • This is AWE inspiring. Both for the sheer amazingness of the rig itself, and for the fact that--MY GOSH!--they upgraded the rig THEMSELVES! For being on a fixed income, I surely hope something massive doesn't happen to the truck, just the tires have to be $500 each! But so many things to love, the sliding bed, the slide out TV, all of Clayton's toys, the theater seats, the solar roof, just WOW! It's nomadic luxury!

  • What else would you need? Nothing! Everything is built seamlessly and serves many functions simultaneously. Having the organization and room for everything you need along with the gadgets to make life easier is genius!!! When I saw the panels and battery bank, my mouth hit the floor. They can be off grid for as long as they need and comfortable too. Clayton, you should be so proud of all you’ve done for you and Teresa! Enjoy the rest of your lives!!! ❤

  • I'm conflicted... This is the most unique tiny home in wheels I've ever seen. I love that he built it himself 😍😍😍 I'm just not a big fan of metal and it's everywhere 🥺 So, I don't know whether to love it or not, but definitely the ingenuity gets it 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

    @audeai4021@audeai4021 Жыл бұрын
    • May I suggest the reason you're conflicted is because this behemoth is in no way, definition or in the spirit of a "tiny home". Call it anything else, be all happy that they put together a $250,000 + home on wheels. But, not in anyone's imagination a "tiny home". 🙄

  • One of my favorite builds and favorite couples. They figured the secret to happiness . I could've visited with them for hours they had such an interesting back story coming from Canada and their pension system. Curious what his career was . I bet they hardly feel like they're in a mobile home and get a lot of questions from people on the road about their home.

    • @@NomadMonster , I like it. You accomplished your "home on wheels" goal, wonderfully. That's the way to do it, in my opinion. Most/all other set ups I've seen lack utilities and creature comforts that imposes the reminder that it's not a home. Congratulations and happy and safe travels ..

The kitchen, closets, stoves, home size appliances, media room, stairs, I just love it all !! That wallpaper that you painted, I wonder how it would of looked painted silver to match the appliances. I love the pops of red every where. The ceiling tiles are gorgeous, I would of painted it silver as well. I also wonder how the trailer would look black. Enjoy your lovely home, you designed it just for you, happy trails. You did not mention what size your water tank was, but I imagine it to be a pretty big size which is fantastic. This is such an awesome rig, so much details went into it. I probably would not want to leave it. Tfs
