I know a lot of people who do drills like this, no offence most of them are white they put lot of effort on this drills than sparring,, most black American elite put more effort in sparring with old boxing training but they can still beat guys with these fancy drills, don't compare her to Floyd, you get guys like Loma who do these fancy drills, still get hit more than Shakur Stevenson, Jarron ennis
