Devin Hester or Dante Hall 🤔
Devin Hester was dangerous his whole career
Has to be Dante Hall had a better career as a WR but close
They are both incredible
Dante, just because he had a better skillset
Hester, no question.
Dante Hall was a beast but I love how many times he uses "we" and credits his teammates.
Agreed
He did use will a lot
We I mean
He also says particular a lot
I heard a LOT OF "I" but he did shout his team out
"aint no kicker tackle me" GOT ME DEAD 😂😂
Me too haha
“knock it off”😂
Pat could
Devin Hester punching air
Aye same here bruh he legit had me crying 😂
Dante is a great storyteller
Yeah he really is.
Of course he is. He's got quite a lot of experience in it. Dante has been a storyteller since the 13th century ;-)
these guys dont forget details. its crazy
Nah the nigga done told this story 1000 times
@@pillcosby6569 on my soul 🤣
Dick Vermeil's faith spawned Kurt Warner's and Dante Hall's careers. Coach never gets enough credit.
and very similarly priest holmes
@@JediJames21 facts priest was a beast, they all was beasts
@@JediJames21 Definitely. Everyone else gave up on Priest after the injuries. Dick Vermeil.....his KC offense and special teams...Rams offense and special teams...were always A++ top tier everywhere Dick V was at...head coach or coordinator
Tony Gonzalez also made his career in KC and had his best grossing stats under Vermeil
This guy had the greatest juke in NFL HISTORY
Hands down
Best I’ve ever seen
Better than Tomlinsons Juke?
@@alexmendez3682 look up his juke bro
@@alexmendez3682 yeah man
He called himself x-factor: Madden was like: that kinda hit.
He called himself the human joystick as well, an ability in madden
A lot of the X factor abilities are named after players nicknames
XwolfX mossed is also one based of randy moss
solar neon no shit
Death Stalker 😂
2:17 dude was mad asf he tossed him the ball 😂😂😂🔥
NaySay Network on God 😂😂🤣
Well hell it looked like he wanted it so bad, I can't blame Hall for tossing him the pig skin real quick.
Vermeil was one hell of a coach He brought out the best in players you would’ve never thought would succeed in the league Why he’s not in the hall of fame is beyond me
Dumisa Tony Johnson he should be in the HOF
This guy had the greatest juke in NFL HISTORY
Vermeil should've stayed with the Rams. The Greatest Show on Turf would've lasted longer than 3 seasons if he was coach, and the Rams probably would've beaten New England in the Super Bowl. Martz was too stubborn to be a head coach. When the league caught up to his QB killing, 7-step dropback system, he refused to adjust. Also Vermeil probably would've done his best to see what the heck was going on with Warner unlike Martz who simply ditched him to the side for Bulger.
Dante has the perfect level of confidence and humbleness- I could listen to his stories all day.
Dante Hall, Devin Hester, Deion Sanders, Eric Metcalf and Brian Mitchell. All of them are all-time great returners
Gotta add Josh Cribbs to that list
Jacoby Jones with the Ravens too. Short but sweet as hellll
Mel Gray
@@KinSlayer5220 Percy Harvin and Nathan Vasher
Dennis Northcutt
Dante Hall was a bad man, one of the greatest return men in NFL history. A true game changer in his prime.
7:26 idk why but this makes me laugh so hard “Flying x whatever that means”
"No kicker tackled me... knock it off" lol
Pro tip for Madden players: never forget your back juke.
For the first quarter of the 2003, he was my NFL MVP. Hall was amazing for those first 4 games and I thought he had more impact by helping his team win than any other player. However, there was no way a kick returner could have kept up that pace and no way he was going to end up as one of the MVP finalists; but nonetheless, Dante Hall in 2002-2003 was tremendous.
Peyton manning and steve McNair both got co mvp that year i believe
The only reason he didn't keep that pace is because teams stopped kicking to him. The Chiefs were starting every drive at the 40 because their opponents would rather kick it out of bounds than kick it to Hall. Punters would kick it sideways out of bounds instead of downfield to Hall.
That was a helluva story and man, Dante Hall seems like a real cool guy too. I'm a fan of Vermeil and it's awesome how he took a risk and allowed Hall to become what he was. Great video!
No lie, I think any real football fan would run thru a brick wall for Vermeil. Not just cause he’s a hell of a coach. The man loves his players 1-53 the same. He’s started and resurrected careers. Nothing but love for coach!
1:59 This is why the NFL NEEDS some sort of minor league. Without it, we don't get Kurt Warner or Dante Hall.
Hell, they just had one THIS year! It went bankrupt...
@@edupbeat No, NFL Europe was a minor league run in part by the NFL. The AAF was a privately owned and operated league.
The only thing is that it's just too risky! It would be overwhelmingly beneficial to the league and not to the players. There is just too much risk in football.
David Connor it was pretty much the same thing, stop trying to be “technical”
David Connor I even went to a Arizona Hotshots game in Tempe in April. Talked to some execs too, it basically was a minor league fro the nfl, the nfl even endorsed it.
This guy was a joy to see playing the game growing up in KC, and his narration in this video is so great. The way he can remember and relay all these little instances from specific plays is incredible. I can tell he has an infectious love for the game and we're so lucky to have watched his talent and work pay off during his career.
The next year every team was ready for him...I believe he changed film study in the NFL forever
That hug w coach though!! I was a kid in Atlanta wearing a hall 82 jersey. Respect joystick
My guy Dante hall!!!! Bring 50 family and friend members.... lol I can't be the only one who heard that
Dante, you're the reason I love football. You were the the most exciting player I've ever watched. I was eleven during your amazing 2003 season and you're the reason I still watch football and I just turned 27. Thank you.
That move he made on his second career touchdown will always stick out as one of the craziest juke moves ever
former nfl players remember things in so much detail.
Mo A it’s easier for them to recall since they can see the replay of exactly what happened.
until the cte kicks in
This dude is real funny
I like that Dante says “we” so much. That he makes sure to include coach Vermeil. Hall is a great man. It’s really cool to see how many men my uncle has impacted in football.
Vermeil is your Uncle?? Thats dope
7:26 idk why but this makes me laugh so hard “Flying x whatever that means”
😂😂😂😂😂
Man this guy, humble but also hilarious. Comes across as such a good bloke.
One of my top 10 favorite NFL players of all time! Some of the best jukes in NFL history and the originator of throwing up the "X"
Dez x is betta 😂
Man you can tell this dude would be a trip to meet in real life😂
I love his enthusiasm when describing these plays, guy was a beast on the field. Playing football with my friends we would throw up the "X" after a good play
Dick Vermeil is so underrated. One of the best football minds ever. And a super nice guy.
Only guy who cried regardless win lose or draw lmao
This was pure entertainment. I loved watching him play.
This was extremely entertaining, maybe because it's so nostalgic for me, but I didn't even notice the 17 min go by.
Dante Hall and especially Deven Hester really made "Return Specialists" a REALLY REAL thing in teams!! The impact that those two players had on games as return Specialists was really something to watch!!
He really threw the defender the ball 🏈 when he was in NFL Europe 😂😂 #legend
I'm a Broncos fan, but I can't hate on the guy, gave it a thumbs up.
Same but that punt return vs Denver there were 4 blocks in the back, none were called. Broncos vs Chiefs, Holmes Vs Portis, the good old days.
@@rmacsportcg1319 those were the good ol days. the rivalry was RIPE. The Dick Vermeil vs. Mike Shanahan era was good memories. i was in my early teens but i know now why that was special now.
I feel like guys like this are the reason Dick Vermeil is deservedly going to the HOF - he definitely got the most out of his players and the way he celebrated with them was so genuine. Love that guy!
This guy deserves a super bowl ring!
I could listen to him talk about returning kicks all day. It's like an artist 🎨 painting a picture
yes dante hall made one of the greatest juke plays of all time and singke handedly help his team win games with r eturns no doubt
I love how after he scored that TD in Scotland he threw the ball to the defender 😂
Lmao tony gonzalez never saw the ball. Priest holmes get him like 7 carries. Just used nothing but himself I love it. So glad I heard this.
6:48 had me laughing OUT LOUD! This man has 2000 football IQ.
dude that was so wholesome when he went straight to hug the coach
Thank you Dante Hall for creating X factor for real life NFL games and in Madden🙏🏾
This dude is legit, on the field and as a person as well. Credits his teammates, gives his opponents props, respects his coaches and my favorite thing is he doesn't brag about plays he SHOULD have made. He is like "the blocking was fantastic, the return scheme by the coaches was great and all I had to do was execute". He toes that line between cocky and honestly confident perfectly.
The moment when he hugs Vermeil was special.
Dick Vermeil was a great coach. He really cared about his players and always did everything he could to help them in or out of football. He would cry when he had to cut some guys. There actually a video of him saying he always cry’s. Should be on the HOF
Its funny watching his best plays because when u watch them a few times and see what everyone is doing to make the play work, the other team gets so confused on where he is going they end up knocking down and tackling each other and he just strolls on by for the touchdown.
Great memories watching him play. Beast
I love the 2003 Chiefs, wish their defense was better and would have gone farther
Ive seen Dante do this similar video before and both times im left wondering where my mans Priest Holmes is at. :( That 2003 season when Holmes had 27 rushing TDs and Hall with the returns.... that was special.
I literally gasped/laughed and said oh my God out side viscerally like ,5 times
His td against the Broncos is one of the greatest plays in NFL history man
Dante Hall My Man!! Man Loved watching you play while in College Station (A&M) Loved you even more after watching this video! Thats a lots of "we" and less of "me".... in a video. R E S P E C T !
You can tell he loves telling stories about himself LOL great return man for sure
Big up's to the coach because he gave him time and believe in his growth.. something teams dnt do anymore
This interview is a national treasure.
That play against Denver is Priceless
I always got Dante Hall on my team by trade in franchise mode in Madden 😁
Dante hall is my favorite NFL player of all time hands down 💯
I could watch Dante Hall narrate highlights all day
Loved watching this dude. Haha Him and Josh Cribbs were the best returners ever!
Human joystick is very true!! Dante was so fun to watch. His game was dope!
Had everybody at home throwing up the “X” yelling X Factor!!! Thank you Dante !!
Man growing up in Denver we hated the chiefs but Dante Hall played a huge part in my football child hood we all wanted to be on the return team just take it to the house like Dante
Imagine if Priest, Dante, and Tony played with mahomes 🤦♂️ it’ll get ugly for everyone
Jeremy B nah fam I’m say ugly in a good way. Especially if you put Mahomes in that era they would been a monster.
@Jeremy B is Kelce really better than Gonzalez?
@@mr.generic5100 in his dreams
@Original6Productions plus he played twice as long as Gronkowski, and was productive for all that time
@Original6Productions literally 800 yards as a 37 year old.
One of my favorite players growing up i still remember watching that Broncos game when dante earned the nickname "the human joystick" 🕹
This chiefs team with Dante Hall, Trent Green, Priest Holmes, Tony Gonzalez Tony Richardson…they made me fall in love with football
Dante Hall was my favorite player when i was a child. I use to look for his jersey in every sports store for my birthday but they never had any.
Hall Hester Cribbs Deon....honesty I cant pick which I want more to return the ball....like they all had their own pros....
Take em all and rotate. Run a spread on O and use their speed to stretch the D. If the deep ball ain't there, dink and dunk. D would have to pick a poison.
The Human Joystick
This dude was and still is GOATED!
This man is a national treasure. I'm digging this throwback videos. Just finished watching the Hester one, gonna keep rolling!
I really enjoyed this I had no idea he was so chill
This is dope. He was so good. Didn’t know about the minor leagues. 💪
99 speed!!!!!!!!!!!!!
what a great guy. Congrats Dante!
His best highlight was against denver. I remember being livid. He was an amazing player!
I hope he gets some HOF votes. He definitely deserves it what he did was remarkable.
7:06 coldest juke of all time. also the reason Madden put the back-juke in the game
Played against him in high school.... And yes, he's really that down to earth and funny. He hasn't changed a bit, and just an all around great guy
Your a G.O.A.T returner hands down!
Nobody: Dante Hall: *makes two guys miss* "oh that was nothing special"
3:51 🤣🤣🤣at least he acknowledges it! That has to be the worst kick coverage ever! Lmao
I grew up watching dante and with kc now having hill, it reminds me so much of dante. ironic one is hall and one is hill. imagine if they used dante like tyreek is being used and not only as a return man... coulda done even more than he did
0:04 The closed captioning made him say “I love meth”
I had my volume off & I was waiting for him to say he lost it all and has nothing left after I read that.
Lmao that’s what made me click on the video I was like nooo way he really said that.
That’s what I though he did at first 😂
16:53 “I love you” “Eh heh” “Forever, forever” “Ehmmm”
You can do nothing but love this.
Vermeil one of the greatest coaches ever!! He can see talent where no one else can.
The flying X whatever that means 😂 announcers are hilarious. I'm white, however the old white ones that have no idea are, hilarious.
Gnostic Juggernaut lol facts! They are so clueless!
Dez stole the X from my childhood favorite. Joystick
Dante hall was DOPE!!! And I was a San Diego charger supporter at the time but damn that dude was the man!!!! #xfactor#humanjoystick Thanks for the memories bro
One of my favorite players to use in NFL Street Vol 1. 👍🔥 🙅♂️
You imagine if Mahomes had Hall, Holmes, Gonzalez and that offensive line?
holy fuck and somehow Hill. And T Rich
I love Dante Hall, so enthusiastic and full of charisma
His commentary on his plays makes me appreciate his skills even more.
Man! This is better than the actual game. (Almost) I Love this guy. I Loved this guy! Unbelievable!
