Used to adore watching Anscombe in those 2016-19 games for the Blues. Him and Jarrod Evans, amongst others, were tearing it up
That 10-15 combination was superb. Much like the Anscombe at 10 & Patchell at 15 combination before it!
Imagine if he made it to the 2019 WC….what could’ve been!
Unpopular opinion here but when Anscomb is fully fit, he’s one of the very best fly half’s anywhere. Gloucester are very lucky!
