Leg kicks in a fight can be devastating, and leg kicks don't require flexibility, therefore anyone can do them and everyone should use them. These low kicks work in MMA, Kickboxing and Muay Thai.
In this detailed tutorial I show
✅ The targets on the leg to aim for.
✅ The basics of how to throw inside leg kicks and outside leg kicks.
✅ How to setup leg kicks to avoid getting checked.
✅ How to feint leg kicks properly.
✅ An advanced leg kick detail of how you know which leg kick to throw and when to throw a leg kick.
Although this video is how to leg kick for beginners, there is details for even advanced fighters to learn the power of leg kicks with precision and timing.
In my opinion leg kicks are the most important kicks to train, leg kicks are easy to add to a boxing style, and can also be effective at neutralising good boxers or those with good footwork.

what part of the leg do you use to hit the inside kick ?? @@SupermanShaj
@@slingshotshooter7536 I would generally use the inside of the lower shin, although you can use your foot for a longer reach however it is risky as it can be checked and cause a lot of damage to your foot
Shaj my guy you’re a legend keep doing what you do for us Bengalis cheers from the states! 🫡 🇧🇩

For ones the Algorithm send me to the right page. This is so good!
Thank for the feedback, appreciate it 👊
one other thing u can do is: when swinging your arm you can make your arm level to their head or shoulder high that'll block their vision and protect you from their counter punches
Yes that is a good way of throwing kicks, you don't get as much power as swinging arm down but it does provide better defence 👊
