  • Nice job. Good to see someone on YT that works with clean material instead of rusty metal. Out of experience I would have suggested a handle on left and right side though. As you can then bend material up to 4 millimeters if it's not too long and also would need less strength to do so. Have a good day. 👍👍

  • I like your use of a self taping sheet metal screw as your drill bit. When you don’t have a tool make due with something else. The true craftsman way! Nice bender.

  • Nice bender. I just built something like this a few weeks ago. I think you'll benefit from triangulating that clamping piece of angle. Not sure of your material thickness but I found mine was bowing so added some triangulation

    • @@Justin_Tj no not gussets, you want the force to spread out across the length of that piece. I added a 4" piece of square tube vertically, then 2 angled pieces of square tubing that span the length of my clamping piece
